Previous rewards gone
New app starts from ground zero. Rewards you had waiting are gone. New system gives out 2 for 1 half as often.
Update does not work!
Just updated my app and it wiped out my account! I had a reward in my account and now I have nothing! Does not recognize my email either!

I love the cracked egg! The app allowed me to make an account but shortly after did not allow me to log in.
You offer me 20% off for downloading your cruddy app and then don’t offer it because of errors on your side... makes you look bad!

Old mail
Once you download the app it provides you all the old emails from 2019 and you’ll have to delete them. Sad for new app users as the programmer should fix this
App basically doesn’t work at all ...
Come on guys... Iv been a customer for nearly 15yrs now. Great food and great place but this app, I hate to say, is garbage!! You took away the points card which I think was a really bad idea and now this app doesn’t work AT ALL. Glitches, won’t open, crashes, won’t let you update, and so on. Please bring back the points card or fix the app so it’s usable. Thanks!

Be very suspicious downloading this app
Like the other reviewer this app took several attempts to get it to take my information. After I logged in I find a different person using their FB email in my account. Don’t trust this app so I deleted it.
Wouldn’t give me discount
I just downloaded the app. I’ve never been here before but saw a 20% discount if I used the app, so why not? There were two rewards - one was for free coffee which was already shown as used (I didn’t even have coffee). The other was for 20% off, so I clicked on it. So then it showed as used, so they wouldn’t give me the discount!

Errors in setting up account
Just started using app, when I noticed it was linked to a stranger’s email account. It wouldn’t let me log out of it, so I uninstalled and reinstalled. Still won’t let me use my own email to login. Either it doesn’t exist or is already in use, even though I previously reset the password beforehand and got the email. Frustrating and disconcerting that maybe someone else is using my email account like I had someone else’s!

Can’t sign up
Tried to sign up using an email address. No matter what address I put in, it comes back as “Address in use”. So, if i try to use the same email to reset the password I get “Address does not exist”. Ridiculous!
