Craftd is a great app that uses traditional techniques like reflections, reading, and journaling but also incorporated realistic and pleasant AI chats to help you process your ideas and make simple steps forward. I am not the type to pay thousands of dollars for coaching, but this seems a great use of a few dollars and minutes of time.
