This app takes your money. It looks great in theory, but you can’t use it and every time you go to try and use it. It makes you download again and charges you again…still have no access have spent weeks going back-and-forth with their customer service horrible horrible horrible

Just stopped working
Was really enjoying this and then it just stopped working. After a frustrating week of reporting, screenshots and emails, they “closed the ticket without resolution”! Wow. Yes, I’m supposed to be getting a refund, but what a disappointing experience.

We need to take membership of it, l tried to delete this app but can't delete it as as this app is not responding to that option

I’m unable to use the app for Indian festivals. Only US version gets downloaded every time. Very disappointing.

Everything was good until it was time renew kept trying to make me pay multiple times my subscription hadn’t expired but I could no longer access the app
Not a good app. No customer service gets back to me.
At first when I got this app. It was really good, but when I change my phone everything went downhill. I have a paid subscription until June 2025 but I can not access the app on my new phone anymore. It’s telling me to subscribe again. I emailed customer service 4x and nobody reached out to me to settle the issue. So frustrated.
