The app allway give me an update error
UPDATE THE APP!!!!
Sears needs to make an app update or something! I’m tired of the “unable to update” message x2 everytime I open the app! JUNK!

Failure to update every single time I use the app. And to make it worse, two times because I have two locks. App is just as a mess as the rest of craftsmen’s failures

No problem with initial setup. So far reliable.

This app badly needs an update. Sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. It would be nice to have it work all the time. It good be good.

Please update to fix all the bugs. Locks consistently lose Bluetooth connection.

Se tranca y no habré, el App se frisa, no se actualiza dice error cada ves que se usa el App, aveces hay q quitar las baterías para q vuelva a trabajar, y lo caro q está las caja 2 veces a la garantía, podrían actualizar, ya que sigue saliendo nuevos celulares
Just the latest casualty in the demise of Sears
Well shame on me for buying the toolbox to begin with. Kmart err I mean Sears, has ruined everything Craftsman related, why would this be any different? It worked well the first month. Here we are a year or so later and the app hasn’t been updated, and generates errors everytime you open it. The tool box is nice but the lock app and auto locks are completly dead.

Terrible.
So the phone has to be within a certain distance from the toolbox to even connect or use the features, to me that in its own is worthless. Not to mention I’ve had the same cannot update message pop up anytime I open the app. Guess I’m sticking with the old school lock and key🤷🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
Work well for me.
So far this app works well. Pretty consistent so far. Has some neat features too.
Needs work
After spending an hour trying to connect my toolbox after constant errors. I got it to work. Then after I updated my toolbox it won’t connect AT ALL. I was looking forward to this feature and I don’t know how to fix it.
Smart lock
This thing is the worst. Every other week I have to replace the batteries and or reset either the top box or the bottom box because it doesn't update both locks or looses the IP address for the blue tooth connected device. Stick with manually opening and locking your boxes. Save the headache for something worthwhile.
