This cooking platform taught me all kinds of techniques in preparing meals. The instructors are experts in their fields and are able to teach incredibly well.

Literally just charged my account 133.00 I never authorized this. Now I cannot find any way to contact someone about it
Original craft the app was way better
The original owners of Craftsy not only had great instructors and more detailed classes, but their app worked great. The videos were accessible one after the other automatically without having to re-access the class and go to the next video.
I would want to see this companies succeed as I have over 640 classes and I would not want that I should not be able to view my classes if they do not continue with Craftsy, I wish there was a way to download all my classes onto my computer to protect myself.
Shouldn’t be difficult in this day and age to improve this app

Hiding recipies
I have a great deal of trouble finding recipies. Or detailed directions. Want the old craftsey back
App needs work
Love the Craftsy site. Great classes. Been a member for close to ten years. This would be five stars if the app worked better. I never use the app. Clunky and sometimes doesn’t load. Website is reliable. As for the charges, just be sensible and read the fine print and check your spam for renewal notices. You can also see when your renewal fees are due in your account info and cancel beforehand.

$234.36???
Last year i had gotten a subscription that was good for a year. I think it was like $40 or something. This year at renewal, they charged me $234.36!! OMG!! I had no notice that it was going to be that much. I didn’t even think it was worth the $40. The videos didn’t play in order and I had a hard time watching a “series” in order because an episode would end, then when it came time for the next episode to finish what i was learning, a random episode would come on from another craft entirely. I love the concept of this is but it’s not well executed at all. I also felt it was VERY shady to charge that much money without warning at renewal. I have cancelled my subscription after multiple disappointments of various things. I really wanted to love this :(

Totally useless and cheeky
I couldn’t have any use of it! Totally useless and impossible to cancel subscription so I have been charged 150$ for something that I cannot even use! Waiting to hear from them for refund and if not I will escalate it with PayPal as I am not paying for something that I didn’t even want but couldn’t cancel!

Even the $1.50 for the 1st year is a rip off
You’re only able to see all the wonderful classes they have but it’s impossible to download. If I had access to the classes it would’ve been an amazing special…but not being able to download the classes off my iPad Pro is ridiculous. Hopefully they will get this situation resolved in the next months hopefully because I would so love to use the classes.

Don’t subscribe!!
It’s near impossible to cancel once you’ve subscribed. Content is subpar and isn’t worth the money.
Scammers con artists
Stole over a hundred dollars from me. Claimed there was a new member annual membership deal for $1.49. Charged full price.
Misleading marketing
Be aware that the free content is very limited and they push you to buy the premium membership. Not worth it
Content great App itself is really bad
The good things is that CRAFTSY has wonderfull content. I would encourage anyone to join, espacially when on sale. But they have the worst app. In this Day and age this is unaccetable. Their search engine is the worst. You can’t save favorites to Go back to them. There is no « continue viewing function » so good luck trying to find the vidéo again, espacially when viewing a class with many segments. As well, the next segments does not start automatically, you have to manuelly Go get it from the suggested video panel. It is cranky, it will stop or boot you out for any reason. What a shame. CRAFTSY please invest in a new plateform, you will retain your subscriber and find new One.

Waste of time
I can literally see lessons on the website that I cannot find anywhere in the app. This app is useless. I’m deleting it from my phone.
No variety and seriously limited library
Not worth downloading. While this is a cool concept, there is next to no variety available. Only a handful of videos per topic. Want to looking into making a blanket? Good luck, there aren’t any videos for that. Just look for videos on YouTube. There are a plethora of videos to choose from. Skip this app.

Sneaky scammers
Without bothering to inform me that they were ‘renewing’ a subscription I didn’t ask for I’ve now paid over $700 Canadian for something I have not used since my trial. I’m furious, to say the least.
Bad experience
You can not canell out renewal by yourself you have to contact costumer services and the will cancel from next year
Impossible to cancel
I’ve been unable to cancel, don’t sign up, not even for the free year, because they will charge you for years to come, and no response from customer support.
