Good game, one problem
It’s a amazing game I was making so much add ons but then my mum took my safari privileges and then the add ons I spent ages to make just wouldn’t work because it wasn’t loading and I couldn’t make any more because I have -46 gems and the adds didn’t work so I couldn’t save the add ons. So if you could please make so you don’t need any web browsers thank you.

I’ve had it for years but it finally made me rage quit the app because its far from what it once was
It’s really gone down in quality over the years but I stuck with it because it still worked but today was the final straw as whenever I open the app it plays the same ad that breaks the app and won’t close after it just freezes and when I shut it down and re-open it the ad comes back and i can’t get to the mods anymore

I am unable to log in to both the app and website and the support email doesn’t work
I cannot access the app or the website, and have been unable to for almost one whole week. I am currently logged out and cannot log back in. It doesn’t finish loading any page but the more tab and the home tab. It doesn’t finish loading when I try and sign in. My username is Cubic Potato. Please fix. The email for support doesn’t work. Whenever you try to email support, you get a message back saying that the email either doesn’t exist or cannot receive emails.
Another thing is, my old account, Fierymite241, disappeared without a trace along with 400 diamonds that had been purchased just days before my account’s disappearance. It had been active for 4-5 years by the time it completely disappeared, and if it hadn’t disappeared, it would be around 6 years old now. You should also add a way of getting your own email and password in case you forget them. T account was called ‘Fierymite241#CCL#SCL🔹’. The amount of diamonds lost was 400 diamonds, not 100. The alt account is still around, just out of use as I don’t know the email nor password to it, it also has the same name as my old account (Fierymite241#CCL#SCL🔹), which I changed the name of it to when the old account vanished. The old account was first called ‘novisor’, then ‘glare’, until ‘Fierymite241’ was finally settled upon. The alt account was first called ‘Fierymite242’.
The time of the account’s disappearance lines up with an event known as ‘The First Purge’, where a large number of accounts were terminated for an unknown reason, meaning that it was most likely terminated.
