Works fine for me.
When I close the app it does beep but you can turn it off easily by just clicking the button on the tracker once. Not that hard to figure out. You can go into the app and use it like normal.
Needs Fixing
The Craig glob goes off when out of range with the Bluetooth, thus making this useless to me!

Major glitch in the app software
When Bluetooth disconnects from key tag, the alarm goes off. There is a setting that you can “turn on or off alarm beeping when Bluetooth is disconnected.”

Have to leave app open
If you close apps on your phone, with this product, it will cause the tracker to keep beeping which makes this product useless. I had to shut the tracker off which defeats the purpose. If the developers could fix this issue and not have the tracker go off if you close the app I would definitely change my rating, but right now I can’t use it at all. I would give the product zero stars if I could and will be returning all the others I had bought as gifts for family if this issue is not fixed soon. Seems to be a great product otherwise. I just cannot have apps open all the time on my phone, it kills the battery to quickly.
