Help/robot never helped!
Never get an answer from the helper/robot. Very frustrated! Let me wondering if you have any service for customers. Most of the problems are in Mac Pro web version. For example, it will clean all the conversations after the computer shutdown or clean the cache of the browsers. It should not be that way. Because the conversation still in the iPhone, why that can’t be preserved from your serve. For sure it is a tech bug!

Fonts can’t be changed
Font size is too small and can’t be changed. There is no stickers like WeChat
Great potential for SMB agile team collaboration
I have tried Crait v1.2.2 out lately. It was very easy to use. The emphasize on secure E2E communication is the hook for me. The BatChat feature and built-in conference call feature are my favorites. Read after burn was very cleverly implemented in case you need to share super sensitive information and want the extra peace of mind.
A few rough edges which I am certain can be flushed out if the feature update Tweets keep rolling:
* Using both the PC and the phone clients seems to cause some settings disruptions
* A few team members reported slow connection/sync speed at times
* To encourage serious and long term use, it would be nice to have the official web site disclosing key member bios behind the scene and investors if any.
Hoping to stay as a long term subscriber.

I downloaded this application on the day it was released under the suggestion of my friend.It is by far,the best secure chatting software I ever used.
Pros: It is definitely easy to learn how to use. And it has all the functions you can find in the chatting applications. The 'burn after reading ' is an astonishing feature and a lot like Snapchat, only much safer.
In the application introduction, it is described as military-level encryption. All the data are double encrypted during transmission.
We are a start-up company grouped by 30 people. And I have asked them all to install this application. It definitely made our work more effective. Instead of texting each other, we are now using BatChat to facilitate our team communication.
All the team discussion is showed in one group so everyone can see it.
Cons: I think their develop team needs to better shape and shine the interface. It is rather for business design now.Also, it would be wonderful if they have this on more platforms so we can text each other via computer.
In a nutshell, this app absolutely has a bright future. I would say, more and more companies are going to need secure online chatting service under the this network environment.
