Paid for this and now it wants me to pay for a yearly subscription. I’d give it zero stars but it’s not an option
App support
This has been my go to app for many different rigging resources. Especially its catalog of crane charts. The app now won’t restore my previously paid advanced subscription and the email for support kicks back my emails as undeliverable
The owners of this app no longer respond. I’ve wasted $40 dollars to these crooks.

Can’t load app
Try to load app and am always being told I don’t have internet connection. Now if it’s a mobile app why would I need internet? Should work with cellular service as it has in the past. Will this be fixed?

Paid once and all of a sudden they decided to change the way they charge. Needless to say wasn’t that great of app definitely not reinventing the wheel here. Just google the chart you need.
Not up to date/Accurate
I am currently in a 2016 model LR1300. The load chart on the app isn’t the same as this Crane. I have 203’ main & 164’ luffer. The main boom charts on the app are 194’ and 223’. I was also hoping you could access a little more info, cable weight, wind speeds, and such.
When will app be fixed?

App was excellent but now that I've paid for the year subscription, the domain name for the website has expired and now i cant access the information so now the money has been wasted

Can't log in and support email isn't valid
New version
Old version let you save crane info. Now need cell service and have to download each crane every time. Uses large amounts of data. I wont use it anymore.
New update is bad
I purchased this app over 2 years ago. It's worked great up until this update. I try to use it now and it asks me to login. I get message "email doesn't exist". I have no way to login and don't know how gain access to this app I paid a lot of money for!

Terrible and a rip off
Very glitchy, paid for upgrades that are no longer working and won't restore, no email replys, crashes constantly, terrible load chart support, still full of ads after paying big money for the app.
No matter how much you pay they take away features you paid for and then ask for more money.

It's insistent on opening the App Store so frequently that it's become unusable. I bought the "everything" package in the early days of Crane & Rigger when it was a goto app. I don't get to use that stuff anymore after the app has evolved into what it is today, and now my subscription per month to see load charts is throwing money into a pit because it is absolutely unusable now. I've been increasingly disappointed over time but this is insanity and I had to say something. Sorry Luke, this isn't cool anymore.

This app was good when I first bought it for like 25 bucks it came with everything and worked great... Now it does nothing but crash and they want you to pay extra on top of the original purchase not worth it
