Can’t load app
Try to load app and am always being told I don’t have internet connection. Now if it’s a mobile app why would I need internet? Should work with cellular service as it has in the past. Will this be fixed?

Paid once and all of a sudden they decided to change the way they charge. Needless to say wasn’t that great of app definitely not reinventing the wheel here. Just google the chart you need.
Not up to date/Accurate
I am currently in a 2016 model LR1300. The load chart on the app isn’t the same as this Crane. I have 203’ main & 164’ luffer. The main boom charts on the app are 194’ and 223’. I was also hoping you could access a little more info, cable weight, wind speeds, and such.
When will app be fixed?

App was a great tool in the field. Now that I've paid for a subscription it has stopped working. Unless they fix it don't waste your money.

App was excellent but now that I've paid for the year subscription, the domain name for the website has expired and now i cant access the information so now the money has been wasted

I purchased this app over 2 years ago. It's worked great up until this update. I try to use it now and it asks me to login. I get message "email doesn't exist". I have no way to login and don't know how gain access to this app I paid a lot of money for!

It's insistent on opening the App Store so frequently that it's become unusable. I bought the "everything" package in the early days of Crane & Rigger when it was a goto app. I don't get to use that stuff anymore after the app has evolved into what it is today, and now my subscription per month to see load charts is throwing money into a pit because it is absolutely unusable now. I've been increasingly disappointed over time but this is insanity and I had to say something. Sorry Luke, this isn't cool anymore.

The intent is there, but the updates are taking away from the product. 15 bucks is one thing, but when you find out there's more to pay for, or gets discouraging.

Crane inspector.
It doesn't have a lot of the older cranes that are still in wide use today. Such as a Terex 3063. On new Terex it list. Standard crane and then the XL version. Both load charts will list carts for 100' or 105' booms but not the 94' boom. Otherwise a very useful tool.

Ground bearing pressure
Every time I use the mat calculator, I get an overloaded condition on the mats. All I need is the GBP for the given condition, but with this showing overloaded and a picture of a cracked mat, I can't use it.

This is a MUST HAVE for the crane professional. I use this app on my iPad as well as my iPhone almost on a daily basis. The in-app purchases are a minimal cost for the amount of info you receive. You definitely will find the app "handy as a case knife."
