App glitch
I am trying to add my bank account, but the banking options are not loading. I am currently at level 3, but you have downgraded me to level 2. I need to add my National Identification Number (NIN), but it is not working. I have asked the support team to remove my BVN so that I can add a new one. I have been experiencing these issues on the app for two days now. I suggest you address this problem soon; otherwise, I will consider taking legal action.

Very good and easy to use app. Convenient for conversions. But why can’t I send crypto out of my acct?

Well Crane you guys need to really up your system, as I text this now I can’t access the app to copy my wallet, it always downtime or server error, & to be honest it really frustrating, fix up the bugs once & for all, great app by the way but downtime or server failure whatever get me tired whenever I try login and it shows that.
