Vのコラボ景品のプレイ中に3回ほどやっていいところまで行ったのに、チャージ中に他の人に取られました。
一応問い合わせたけど対応しませんと言われ。
リプレイの画面でチャージしろとのことでしたが、あのリプレイの画面すごく出るのが遅いんです。
どうにかならないんでしょうか。
あと閲覧機能無くしてゆっくりプレイさせて欲しい
重いし
非公開プレイなどないんですかね。取れそうなとこ横取りされて気分悪かったです。
アームの設定も固く取りやすい方ではあったと思います。

オリジナル景品目当ての方向け
オンクレは広角カメラ越しで見るので左右に寄るほど視覚で正確な位置を捉えにくくなります。
なので、なるべく位置ズレが少なくなるように画角などが調整されているのですが、ここはとんでもなくズレるので、アームを下ろす位置が肝になる橋渡しのような設定台の難易度が無意味に高くなっています。
たこ焼きなどの運要素の強い設定でプレイするなら影響はないかと思いますが、そんなのはどこにでもありますので、個人的にはここでプレイする理由が見当たりません。

できれば改善してほしい…

要するに、取れたとしても1000円以上課金しないと送れないということです。
コインと配送チケットの交換は、かなり時間がかかるので無理です。

Shipping takes a while but…
So, yeah, I’ve had some long waits for shipping but a) it’s international and b) covid is an issue. The main thing is the plushies are super nice and there’s a really good selection and a lot of the games are triple catcher, which is the most fun imo. Love this app!
Best crane game imo
The machines aren’t completely impossible to win on, and there isn’t any lag. You do have to pay for shipping, but if you save up the points you get everyday for logging into the app you could get shipping free. It takes them awhile to actually ship your prize (1-2 months), but once its shipped it arrives pretty quickly. 👍

My daily bonus for logging in was reset. I had accumulated over 100 points that just disappeared.. I can’t even run the app anymore, it’s extremely laggy

Suspicious Catcher
There are daily gifts and the app looks legit on first glance, but today I witnessed an employee working at the warehouse where the cameras and prizes are stick out his hand and knock down a featured prize in the middle of someone’s turn, and that someone had spent many tries previously, which is clear rigging, and the employee didn’t even hide any of it. I believe that the rest of the catcher is legit, but I don’t know much about their shipping.

Idk about others, but if you live outside of Japan, don’t waste money buying DP to win prizes because you will never get them shipped.

Great claw game!
I've been using Toreba (another claw game) because of their free plays and free shipping options, but I decided to try out DC7, even if it didn't have these features. The prizes are easier to obtain, but not all the machines are that easy, so I only stick to the simple ones. I only installed this app today, did some Tapjoy offers, and already won 4 prizes! The customer service is FAST and KIND, compared to Toreba's. My points were refunded within minutes for faulty machines. Toreba takes months to get back to me (if at all), and usually never refund me, even for their broken machines. I love DC7 so far! Hopefully in the future they can consider offering Free Shipping, even if it's the cheap, sea mail option <3

Disappointed
I successfully grabbed a miffy plushy mascot but the claw did not let it go into the hole. I screen recorded the incident and it left me without a win and was put back in the original place
