Users can capture scene details, organize involved party and vehicle information, attach photos directly within the app, and accelerate documentation through a clean, field-focused interface designed for speed, consistency, and clarity. Crash Engine functions solely as a documentation and report-writing utility. The app does not allow users to report crimes, submit incidents to law enforcement agencies, contact emergency services, or communicate with police dispatch systems. Crash Engine is not affiliated with, connected to, or operated by any public safety answering point (PSAP), emergency response center, or law enforcement reporting network. All information entered into Crash Engine is stored locally on the user’s device. The app does not use cloud storage, external AI processing, third-party analytics for report content, or automated data sharing. Users and agencies retain full responsibility and control over all generated documentation and exported materials. Crash Engine is intended to assist trained users with crash documentation workflows and does not replace agency policies, legal reporting requirements, official records systems, or supervisory review processes.
