I was watching some shows and movies on this app, and I noticed that descriptive audio is on, when I checked to see if it was on, it wasn’t on. Could you please fix this small issue?

More ads than watch time. I regret paying for 3 months
So many glitchy ads
Sometimes you get 4 ads. 10 seconds of tv. Then 4 more ads.
Sometimes the ads glitch out and when you’re almost done it will glitch then show you 4 more ads.
It’s a joke.
Sometimes ads will glitch the tv show out and only show a black screen after the ads yet you can still hear the show.
Currently I am on an endless ad loop as it keeps glitching out while I write this review.
Once I’m done my current series I will be deleting my account.

The application lags when the content plays, but the advertisement is ridiculous. If you skip to a part in the show, you get 4 new advertisements to play. It’s unusable. Then if you upgrade like they practically force you to… there’s STILL ADS. Garbage application.

This App sucks. When will you fix it? I always have to waste 20 mins trying to fix the lagging instead of watching my series. Every day. Netflix don’t do that. Amazon Prime don’t do that. You’re supposed to have money..get it fix man
Volume issues
Why are the ads so much louder than the shows/movies? I have to constantly raise and lower the volume anytime I watch anything.

Worst streaming services I’ve used in my entire life. I was watching nearly 12 ads every 15 minutes because the ads kept refreshin. I’ve never had a connection issue ever. But how convenient the ads play so well but after there a connection issue making it start again.

I have tried everything to get this thing to play but it hits and ad and glitches tf out, and can no longer play the video
Ad volume annoying
The content and quality are fine but the ads always come on at a crazy high volume, way louder than the shows. It’s gotten to the point where I can’t watch anything on Crave without the volume remote in my hand in the evenings because the ads will wake my children up even if the shows are at a low volume. This seems intentional and is very annoying. If I didn’t have Crave for free through another service I would probably cancel because of this issue.
