Glitchy and frequent add
Omg the ads are insane on the shows that have them. It will literally play the same ad two or three times back to back.

Sucks big time. Very klutzy to use. Not user friendly at all.
Garbage
I never write reviews but had to as this is app is horrible. It buffers and lags like a vic-20 uploading off a cassette tape. I am amazed a company can actually get away with releasing this product to the public. Deleted the app, reinstalled, still the same. Hire better programmers….or perhaps just use AI to write the app?

Ad algorithm horrendous
The ad algorithm makes it unwatchable. Pause a show, restart and you get 4 ads followed by 5 seconds of show and 2-3 more ads right afterwards. I think ads for a paying subscription is moving us backwards but this isn’t about having ads, it’s the actual algorithm that stinks. Fix it!
AVOID!! Save your money! Lagging buffering issues every time! Simply garbage!
Absolutely terrible! The connection is so poor you’ll feel like you went back to dial up.
Every other streaming app works smoothly so I know it’s not my internet connection. It keeps cutting out, playing for 5 seconds then buffers for ten seconds. It’s the same on my smart tv and on my mobile device. JUST SIMPLY DO A GOOGLE SEARCH and you’ll see many many people with the same issue! I am canceling my subscription right away!

Billing/Service
I received an email notification of my crave auto renewal upcoming a few weeks ago. I logged into my media account to cancel my auto renewal subscription to CraveTV shortly thereafter. Which I completed online, but an email confirmation of the cancellation was never sent. And get an email tonight that my subscription renewal went through. I tried to call in to get things resolved with no success, and being told all payments are nonrefundable. This is a terrible policy and I am completely and thoroughly unimpressed. I will never subscribe to CraveTV ever again. Now I’m stuck with this subscription for a whole additional year @ $231. Thanks Crave.

Crazy loud ads
The ads are extremely loud its pretty ridiculous and jarring. Completely unnecessary and disturbs me while I'm watching calm scenes. Oh and now it wont even play on my tv after updating. Useless app
Buffer times out
Buffers and times out every hour or so, error loading, often restarting the episode and every interruption the 3/4 ads have to replay in addition to the scheduled ones .
Does this on different internet /data providers. Hard to navigate seasons and episode selection on tv app.

Too many ads
Crave makes me watch four ads when I click on the movie and then it makes me watch like another four ads two minutes later because apparently it’s too close to the ad break. But it does have lots of good movies.
No casting for premium plan
The only thing mentioned in the FAQ sections or terms is that casting to another device is not supported on the ad based plans. For those that want to use this service via an hdmi cord for older tvs, crave is blocking the video from coming through. Only sound and subtitles work, no matter what level of premium plan is being paid for. Save your money and get a service that works if this is important to you

I subscribed it for the traitors (indian show) … sadly they post latest episode after 2-3 days … very slow service
