Please fix
3 years ago, I finally downloaded this app. It worked the camera scanned and everything. Until I lost my phone.3 years later, I tried scannning it but the screen wouldn’t work. It was just black. Please fix.

A few years ago I lost the book so I couldn’t use it I recently found the book and wanted to make some designs and put them in the app. So I went into scan designs and it wasn’t working. Obviously Crayola doesn’t care about this app because it is old and they probably don’t make the kits anymore. But for the people that have them and want to use it, please make the camera work. If you can still maintain the app, then you can at least make the camera work and update it a little bit.

Terrible product!
Bought this for my daughter for her birthday, she wants to be a fashion designer so was pretty excited to try this. We downloaded the app on her phone, granted camera access and it still shows nothing but black when you try to scan the designs. Thought it might her phone since it’s an older iPhone, tried the app on my phone and had the same issue! Pointless product if you can’t scan the designs in, that’s kind of the whole point 🤦🏻♀️ Horribly disappointed!!

The camera won’t work
When I was going to scan my dress that i drew the camera was basically all black please fix this the game is amazing but everyone is having this problem so please fix it and almost all of the reviews are complaining about the scanning not working and they have the same problem as me
