98 times out of a 100 you will draw the minimum number - #11 for a minimum win. The other 1% you will get a #10. The wheel is definitely rigged. I can honestly write this after hundreds of spins. Only once did I get another # which was a 4 and it did not even total it into my winnings. Don’t spend any money on their so called specials. Otherwise it can be amusing.
