Good game. But easily could be a four star game with a few changes.
I’ve just come across this problem or difficulty. Once you’ve reached the ”Pasta Kingdom” restaurant it becomes very apparent that you have spend more (gold coins) on everything in particular for your food upgrades which is fine but it’s hard to get large amounts of gold at one time even with the double coin help that you get here and there when playing.
Maybe adding something like mini games where you can gain extra coins that way would be a big help.
Challenge mode is hard to compete in as it is very unrealistic and difficult. I’ve played alongside someone else in an effort to complete the levels and it is still unattainable.
*would like to give a big thanks to the game developers for not making it impossible to obtain gems💎 throughout the game let alone having a pay to play structure just to play.

I’ve now reached “Honey Donuts” and I must say after completing “Pasta Kingdom” and “Pizza Fanatic” which was really expensive it took all of my hard earn and slow progress of obtaining gold coins and gems, but thanks to a few levels in pizza fanatic that generously gifted double coins many times along with unlimited lives for 10 minutes a good few times I was able to rack up about 31 thousand or so in coins but very little in gems due to the upgrades in food I had to do and do to the fact that gems just don’t come as easily and quickly as coins do when you’re completing levels unless you’re paying real money. (Love that “honey doughnuts” has all of their items enlarged, would love to see that continue in all the other restaurants including enlarging it when the customers show up with their order, it’s hard to see some toppings at times like the sprinkles).
*please make it easier to acquire gems more often for free without the need to pay real money. Thank you.
*UPDATE: the game needs bug fixes because the “Burger Hut” restaurant has an issue with the coke machine as it won’t let you serve the third glass of coke which is positioned closest to the customers/counter when you press on it. And just the game itself needs some major bug fixes because ever since “Honey Doughnuts” the gameplay response is very slow even with all the upgrades to food and appliances.
Challenge Mode: Improvements needed for better and realistic gameplay experience.
Issues at hand are that certain restaurants (Sandwich Bar, Pizza Fanatic, BBQ Party, have things that prevent you from completing the round therefore making it impossible to reach maximum level whether it’s due to having to serve a lot of costumers under unrealistic time limits, or having slow functioning appliances despite being fully upgraded and being cheated out by the continuous running of the clock without having the customer’s order showing up until they come to a stop.
Don’t offer the best renovation options through challenge mode if it’s going to be unrealistic and impossible to achieve.

No updates have been made to the game in two years (per the official page here) I’ve made the decision not to play the game anymore as it is no longer realistic to play at least for one person. (You need a second person, even then it still proves to be difficult)
The game needs reprogramming to make it possible for players to play on their own.
Challenge Mode: Needs the same change as well.
*I’m up for a challenge when playing games, just not for the setting people up for failure.

One of a kind
This is the second time I’ve downloaded this game and I enjoy the concept, simplicity and fun that this game offers. I enjoy remodeling, cooking, choosing my own designs and the adventure of what’s to come with each restaurant I master. The storyline and characters is an added bonus. If the developer would create more games like this, I’d absolutely play. For those just starting the game…save all the blue gems you can to upgrade equipment and finish every level in each restaurant for coins as needed for upgrades as well. Job well done!!

I love this game but you die way to many times and can’t do anything about it. Some of the levels seem impossible to beat. And I wish you get get a power up like 2x coins by watching an add not having to pay bc there is no way in the whole world I’m paying and to be honest I might delete the app because it can be annoying.
