Fun if you can afford it

First of all, the game is fun. It’s one of the better Vampire Survivors clones I’ve played. The twist is the passive skills you select from affect your main weapon and it’s fun as hell playing with the bullet mechanics.

Second of all, the gacha. It’s not good. There are two chests in the store that can potentially unlock heroes and weapons. With a guaranteed pull after 50 tries. After 50 tries on the hero chest I finally got the one guy I had purchased on a whim for like a buck or two. Disappointment to say the least. After 50 tries on the gun chest I finally got one of the guns I had purchased, the saw blade gun.

So, be prepared to just buy the damned guns and heroes you want to try or be prepared to pull 100 times to get the same one twice as pity. Or pull for the first free gun and hero and then just buy the others from pop up sales so you can get more than one kind of each.

I have fun playing the game and I’m going to keep playing it even though the game is a sneaky cash grab built for suckers.
