Game won’t load anymore
Loved this game but as of yesterday, the game won’t load and has been stuck on the main page “link account…” please fix asap. I have also reached the max level at 80… please add additional levels!
Stuck
I love this game. Have even spent my real money on it only to be stuck in level 80 until who knows when. As a person with serious OCD I look for these types of games to play as a coping skill and its disappointing to not be able to finish my store. It’ll let you keep playing but you can no longer build anything only decorate whatever you already have. Don’t waste your time.

Mini games
Love the mini games especially the one you collect cards. I noticed this time around for the holiday life event that when reaching the specific milestones I wasn’t receiving the bonus energy. I just completed all the cards hoping it would give them all at the very end but it seems that’s not the case either :/

Where are the new levels?
Completed through level 80, and have been waiting for updated levels to be added, but it’s been almost 6 months since they added new levels. The mini mahjong type side game also haven’t had updated levels in a long time too. I love this game but at this point I have nothing else to do. Please update soon!!! Other than that the game is great

Doesn’t make sense
Love the game but it doesn’t make sense sometimes , you still have more baskets to merge and upgrade but cannot get new baskets because you max out at 80, that just doesn’t make sense. They also take incentives away, you used to have 10 try’s to grab an item that spawns, you can choose to let it turn into a coin or watch an add to get that item, now it’s 3 tries, you used to get diamonds every time you unlocked a new item or character in the game now they just give you 2 lightning bolts. Theres always been a lot sudden, unexplainable changes in the game but they’re getting worse.

I’ve been playing this game MULTIPLE days in a row doing as many daily tasks as I can to get the tokens that allow you to play the match tile mini games. I have only won ONE. The beginning level it literally forces your win. No matter how many ads you watch for all the boosters available in one level, the game genuinely rigs it so hard against you even if you only have 10 tiles to match it will make you lose. Over and over again. I’ve been so frustrated by this I’ve had to stop playing multiple times because I’ll finally start tricking myself into hoping I’ll get it this time. They genuinely don’t place the tiles in a way to make sure you can actually win, even after using the shuffle power up. Craziest part to me is not seeing more people complain about this. I did however see a review by another player from closer to the beginning of this year having not only the exact same problem specifically with level two being rigged and not being able to get past it but the cherry on top of that is the other person was actually willing to spend the money for one of their bigger in game packs, worth $8.99. Guess what happened even with all the powerups they bought? STILL COULDNT BEAT IT. It’s made me want to uninstall the game even though I enjoy the majority of the rest of the game. I don’t have as many major qualms with the main gameplay, beyond the fact that anything that isn’t the games base decoration is very overpriced and just not available in the slightest to new gamers. You have to play for a very long time and watch countless ads to even get close to unlocking one unique decoration, and that’s the ones that aren’t locked behind a paywall. I just wish that this was though about from more a consumer standpoint, instead of “how much more can we get from people” with the amount of individual packs it’s trying to advertise to you way too often and for things that won’t even get you anything in the game like with the powerups. If you’re selling something, make it actually desirable. This is a joke.

No new levels after you hit 80. And not really any incentive to continue. It’s a good game. But wish there was more.
No more levels?
I play this game constantly. And have for over a year. I’m stuck at level 80. None of my xp stars count towards reaching level 81. I am simply stuck. Please help!!!

Reset progress?
I have been playing this game for AGES made a ton of progress I play every night. But over the last week I haven’t been able to sign in with Facebook due to upcoming updates. So I waited and updated the game a few times it finally let me sign back in tonight. With all of my progress gone. Love the game but now I have to restart?

Since the update i can not login into my account. I have it linked with mu fb and now ii only appears this text:

All progress randomly deleted
Don’t get too attached. Like a few other reviewers, I opened the game as normal and I was back to level 1. Don’t bother reaching out through Apple or the developer. Infuriating and no idea who to contact for a resolution.
Was fun until
The game crashed and stopped working right after I spent money on it, I emailed the help team and they never answered sooo
Lost account data after update
After two updates ago, I lost all of my data. This update was supposed to get my data back, and it’s still not there, telling me to start all over

new update where you add an account and stuff made me lose all my progress and i was very far into the game almost 20% past the third section of the store and now i have nothing because of the new account system very sad will be deleting the game
Crying in the club
I loved this game. I’ve played it for 6 months straight; I would grind for so many days. Today it deleted all of my data. I have never been so heartbroken. Please developers tell me what happened. Please get me status back.
infuriating
this game was highly addicting, and i was always playing in my down time. until today when somehow it restarted my progress. i was about to hit level 50, which may seem small but was not to me, and the app is forcing me to restart. which i will not be doing. don’t know if this happened to anyone else.

Best Game Ever!! gone wrong
I played this game every day for almost a whole year. I was addicted to it. It’s so much fun and it’s a good way to pass time. It was also great because it said it saves ur data. Unfortunately this morning i woke up and i found that my whole account has been whipped and it’s making me restart. All my progress i made just gone and disappeared. It’s so heartbreaking because I loved this game.
