Often out of stock but no warning
They often sell out of stock but never remind me that it is out of stock. Then they don't refund me and just keep giving me Store Credit.

Something wasn’t working
I was trying to add a water proof /dust seal to the card and it said serever failed. I tried it multiple times and it still didn’t work

Crazyparts overall has a great service, but this app has many kinks to be ironed out. You can’t slide to pick which phone screen protector you need, and the discounts aren’t applied on the cart screen. The screen I ordered has dead pixels in the top left but if I remove to refund it will kill the ports on the motherboard, as the phone has been repaired so many times. I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place here.

Recommended. There are a wide range of phone repair parts at low prices in the store. Much easier to shop in the app than the web store.
