Most recent iOS update is broken. It will not slice from cloud files. Come on creality, this can’t keep happening every time you update the app.

The Slicer is Ruined
This app used to be incredibly powerful. It was easy to modify, easy to control, and you could combine multiple files with custom print settings. The most recent update ruined all of this. The only thing I can print now is a spaghetti monster. Please bring back the old slicer.

Connections and Slicer
sending prints to the printer from my phone is something that i shouldn’t have to pray works with my 2000 dollar machine.
The slicer on mobile is also garbage.

Fan control
What happened to the fan controls???
WTF
I downloaded this because it says 3-D scanning available. It’s not it’s a worthless app unless you own the machine.
Missed the mark
The most recent update definitely changed this app for the worse. The camera feed still cannot go full screen and they removed the controls for the fans. Weird things just come and go all the time so you cannot rely on the functionality even being in the app from one release to the next.
Good app
Very nice that it is all in one I love the contests and the app itself I love how you can get stuff for free using points post your own models checking in every day for more things download models right off the app. It’s all a very good app and I love it. five stars
Worst customer service ever
I’ve had to try to contact customer service over several items, a drop ship seller scamming customers, a warranty issue with a Creality hi combo when they first came out and about being able to validate authentication of designs that were removed just because other designers had a problem with it, but no one ever gets back to you so just know when you get a system or use there site, in my experiance and in most other people’s experiance you are completely on your own, this is why I switched much of my services I offer and mainly use other platforms

can’t even print from cloud
with the most recent update there is no way to print from the cloud through the app, which is the whole appeal of the app. constant pop ups for “free gifts” and other low class design makes the app a drag to use and the mobile web browser is no better. hopefully a new update is pushed soon.
Printer in your pocket
This very handy little app allows you to slice, start, stop, pause and monitor your 3D print. If you have a cam on the printer you can even watch the print.

Falls apart quick
My printer after two weeks has had nothing but problems with software. Now it can’t detect its own y axis correctly I have sent multiple messages to there customer service line with zero answers all in all awful experience

Things to improve, when you make the slice everything turn to Chinese language, a lot of communication issues with the printer commands like turn the light, change speed etc.
