I wish I could give it five stars but the app is so buggy! Sometimes it won’t let me terminate a print, sometimes it won’t even print a file, sometimes it won’t upload a model and I’ll have to reload the same model five different times for it to finally upload.
But it does print my models and for that I give it four stars

So many issues
I have so many issues using the app. It can be glitchy when trying to resize something before printing. At the stage where you click send print, I will have to do that 15+ times because the color selection doesn’t show up. Now for things I have printed using the app successfully multiple times, now tell me I need to use the web version because it’s not supported in the app version. That feels like the app regressed instead of improving.

WORSE APP EVER!!!
The app CRASHES a LOT, i hate it when you are going down the list of designs then all of a sudden boom it crashes then you go down the list again to get where you was before and then it crashes again; another thing the synchronization with the printer is annoying you get something you want to print the app says that it sent it successfully and the printer is on the main screen not receiving anything, then i close the app open it and i try again then after a couple attempts it get to communicate and print.

Why is it in Chinese
I’m English in England & I speak & write English. Why then, when I’m attempting to reconnect my K1C just because the app has updated, does everything appear in Chinese hieroglyphics?
Other apps don’t require one to re- enter device details after an update so please Creality rewrite your apps so that isn’t required. Meanwhile please fix the current presentation so it’s all presented to me in English.

Constant issues
One day the app works great with the Sparkx i7, the next, all compatibility in models disappears. One day the app will send print requests, the next, it stalls, cancels and delays. Returning the printer because of the app and lack of customer support.
Great machine.
I have had no issues. With my prints. Great quality so far. Tons of free and other options to download in the community. I recommend it to everyone.

A suggestion to Creality Management to increase daily participation.
Currently after one year points expire. As an incentive to users remove the points expiry if the member has a 365 day login streak and maintains it. Failure to maintain the daily login kicks in the points removal.

New Sparkx
My printer did not come prebuilt however, I have three other Creality printers so it was not a big deal. I wish the 4color dryer had come with all the needed tubes and I wish there were better instructions on how to make it work with the printer.
with all this said it is still the easiest, fastest and fun printer I have ever played with!

Printer connection
So I already have two Creality printers. I mind you it’s only two. Both of them are connected to the network. But every time I have a problem with my K2 and want to print to my Ender 3 it acts like the proctor is not even a product I can select from. Sometimes it shows up sometimes it does. Either the software or the networking information is terrible. And Support is terrible. It’s like you buy something and then there’s nothing. I could’ve bought a water gun from a dollar store and had better support.

Unsupported file types? Huh
One of the few core reasons anyone would like to have this format of tool on their phone is to read and view 3MF files. All the other fancy features of controlling the printer et al are minuscule compared to the most basic required functionality.
Easy to get started
Super easy to get into a new hobby. I really like my K-1 it was affordable and easy to get up and running. With this being my first 3-D printer I am highly impressed. All of my prints have been really detailed. 5 stars all the way!

Great app you can do a lot of things only problem is the app always crashes I could be in the middle of doing something and transfer over and it’ll shut down kick me out so hopefully they can fix this bug
