This app sucks
This app sucked it was very slow and when I have to stop a print it never works and made me reconnect everything again and it takes half an hour to do it and it is very frustrating

I’ve had this printer for a while now and since I got the printer this app really sucks! A lot of failed attempts to send the printer to the printer or unable to even load the print.

Can’t add the Spark i7 printer
Even after the latest update the Spark i7 isn’t recognized/can’t be added. So slicing from your phone is no longer possible. Before that it worked for the most part.
Constant Store Crashes
Don’t try to go to the store, the app may well stall and quit on you at any moment. I’m not sure why they haven’t fixed it but it’s been like this for awhile now.

Updates
Your latest update doesn’t recognize any of my printers and now I can sign in using my google account like I’ve been doing. It won’t allow me to enter that email at all. PLEASE FIX THIS NOW! Everytime y’all send an update something goes wrong with the slicer or the printers! GET IT TOGETHER !

I’m sure I’ve left a review already but it’s asking for me to again and I really don’t mind saying Creality Cloud/Print is always gon be the best. Many words to describe how awesome Creality anything is, it’s Life, its creation , it’s the future etc. Creality is all premium and is perfectly up to date on all tech. They care. That’s all for now

Having a lot of issues
For some reason a lot of the prints here lately on the k2 won’t hardly print and slicing is not working either….
Meh- crashes constantly on good files.
I find the classic slicer much better, especially when I can’t get on my desktop. The newer flowprint is kinda garbage unless you know nothing about printing. It’s not very intuitive- and crashes anytime I open a file over 40MB. I’m am consistently looking for. New app to handle my creality printers. Bambu’s app is far far superior, and I also don’t have to pay any real money for quality prints. I also cannot use the classic with my new i7 spark- it forced me to use the new app- which sucks.

Force close a lot especially after updates.
Rather simple to get anything done or reset I need to force close the app after every update. Will stay stuck on the load screen on a print close app and either lose it cause I didn’t save or get stuck elsewhere. For example after that go to print screen and it can’t populate and filaments so restart. Slice and print stays at 99% for hours restart app. Restarting app causes to re login to machines after awhile so have to walk to the printers. Simply put it I think I’m going to use other brands apps instead first. Though the jittering workbench screen is kinda funny. But 5 stars for waste of time hands down. No point in premium if you can’t print immediately due to all its bugs waste of money. Now all models deleted

I highly recommend the creality cloud 3D Printer. I’m a huge fan of it. Never used a 3D printer beforehand and the process is very easy and quick to setup, there are tons of options to use and create your own. Help is available from makers.
