Broken updates
The iOS app, windows app and website are all broken. I can’t print, I go to slice and it doesn’t work and lags out, one second my printer shows online and next it doesn’t and I’ve been trying to slice and print something for 4 hours now and nothing is working. I’ve removed and added my printers, added via ip and QR code and all I can say is reality is horrible.

Broken for WiFi Box
This app has gotten worse and worse being tied with my WiFi Box and Creality CR-6SE printer. The app can no longer find my CR-6SE via my Creality WiFi Box. Tried both the iOS and Android versions of the app. Had to resort to SD card gcode files like a caveman.
Utter rubbish since the last update
Utter rubbish since they have updated it keeps showing offline and it’s hard to find anything you need, it is beyond me why these companies make stuff so different and hard to use. I’ll be leaving them for a new 3ad printer if your a newbie I’d avoid if I was you
Customer service
I have been trying to get a hold of somebody from Customer Service for almost a week. I’ve put in several claims and they keep getting closed out with no phone call from anyone.
Bring back classic
Way too confusing now. Bring back classic. Why random Chinese characters?!
No support
Cannot get a reply and cannot withdraw money earned from selling models even though people have purchased my models as I cannot withdraw the cash because it is saying that I cannot verify the email and when you open a Support ticket no one replies
A Little Challenging
The app, the store and the cloud are just not user friendly. I do the daily check in and multiple times the app just hasn’t worked and caused me to have to get and use make ups. Conveniently when the check-ins are worth the most points.
On the printing side it is just not easy to stay connected or get a print started on your phone. Even when it’s from the site.
And also, how come the Creality store has such limited filament selection and is always out, when Amazon has a better Creality filament inventory?

Everything good, except the new slicing system
I have had my k1 se for about a year now and every thing has been amazing, but since this new slicing system they have made it’s been horrible. The old slicing system was way easier and over all better than this new system they made.

Worst customer service ever
I’ve had to try to contact customer service over several items, a drop ship seller scamming customers, a warranty issue with a Creality hi combo when they first came out and about being able to validate authentication of designs that were removed just because other designers had a problem with it, but no one ever gets back to you so just know when you get a system or use there site, in my experiance and in most other people’s experiance you are completely on your own, this is why I switched much of my services I offer and mainly use other platforms

First time using, worst printer I could’ve gone with.
This is my first 3D printer, at first I was so excited to try and get into this hobby. Bought the K2 with the CFS for multi filament printing and have not had any luck, I’ve only been successful printing the scrapper and everything else stops in the middle for an error. It makes me want to return it and go with a different brand. The designs that are on the app look great, but haven’t been able to print any at all. This has been by far my worst investment ever, should’ve done more research before buying the printer, I’ve had more headaches than joy trying to print. I will be returning this printer.
