Camera Connectivity Broken with 3.2.0
Since the update to 3.2.0 the ability to connect to the camera has been lost, again. The previous version had fixed it (Most of the time). Hold off upgrading if you Camera access is working. The new landscape mode for iPads is nice, if you don’t want the camera access.

Support is terrible
Printer was super easy to set up. Pre installed models printed great. But obtaining other models to print is not intuitive and much of the website is in Chinese.

Not a company to talk to or get help from
I give it the lowest review possible and would not snd do not recommend this companies product to anyone. No one and I mean no one at Creality even knows how to use their products. The customer service people are a joke, none of them know what they are doing , they just read from a script. Lord knows if you email Creality good luck getting an intelligent answer. Plus , for what ever reason the company will not put out a trading video on how to use the software. And good luck trading to figure out how to multi color print anything. Stay away from Creality, the biggest waste of my money ever, you can bet this will be deleted by them and they will not reach out to me and ask why I wrote this. That is another example why you should stay away.

Creality K2
This is probably one of my better investments this year, I’ve already made a few toys to learn how things work, and I’ve made some helpful gadgets for my home and I’ve replaced some missing parts on some things around the farm, seriously, your limitations seem to be up to your expectations.
Painfully hard to use
This app is incredibly frustrating to use. The UI is confusing, basic tasks are buried or unclear, and nothing feels intuitive. Simple actions like connecting a printer, sending a file, or understanding what state the printer is in take way more effort than they should.
The app feels half-finished and clearly not designed with real users in mind—especially beginners. Error messages are vague (when they exist at all), workflows are inconsistent, and it’s never obvious what the app expects you to do next.
For a company selling beginner-friendly hardware, this software does the exact opposite. I shouldn’t need YouTube tutorials, Reddit threads, and trial-and-error just to get a basic print started.
Until usability, clarity, and reliability are massively improved, this app actively makes the 3D printing experience worse instead of better.

Apps works well
App works well but I really wish it would stop the notifications for “boost tickets” I have no idea what this is and there is no way to turn them off.

When double click the camera view, the video occupies whole screen, which is good for detail, but this screen couldn’t be close nor retreat to original.

I want to like this and I do for the most part but there are 2 glaring issues.
1. Despite logging into all other Creality apps with my Apple generated password this lite version will not. I had to reduce my 20 character password by 2 characters to 18 characters. That may have something to do with the hyphens?
2. Once you click on the video it zooms in. Once you’re in the close button overlays with the phone clock and you just cannot close it, you have to restart the app.
Also this is the only Creality app where it zooms into the video when you click on the video image. I wish it would do this on other Creality apps. That said zooming into portrait mode is next to useless without being able to move around around the image. And also I’d like to move my phone to landscape mode to view it at size similar to the original feed. Zooming into video for us is so important.
Please fix these things and it’ll get 5 stars.

Login is broken.
I entered my password on the login screen, and apparently this app thinks it's its job to do some sort of password requirements verification, during sign in, for the password I've already set on my account.
When I try to login, it just pops up a message about how the password needs to be 6-100 characters, numbers and letters. Which it is.
Guess I can't use this app, and I have to use the other one that won't even let me check the status of a print without reminding me I should pay Creality more money for a subscription.
And guess I should seriously consider returning my K2 Pro and going with Bambu instead. They may be locked down, but at least they seem to respect their customers.
