App sucks and hardly ever works

I’ve was able to use the phone app to print maybe three or four times and now it always says failed to send and unable to save project. So aggravating as I do like the printer and the app on the desktop.

Not as simple

I purchase it for my son - it want not easy to set up and keep operating no help numbers or a guide to wank you what to do - returned it before 90 days . Apparently MAC computers do no support the app very well

Good experience

Print and monitoring of print job was good. Nebula camera transmission of video spotty.

Update makes it unusable

The app used to be extremely user-friendly. Now half of the time it disconnects my printer. The other half the time it won’t print. I have to submit it multiple times. Also, the slicing is less efficient. Will be looking for a different app to print from.
