Won’t save videos
I recorded 45 min and it didn’t save then tried recording less time but didn’t save it either . The clock shows it’s recording but when I press the stop button the video is not there . Or you see the processing circle and I went to my phone pics while it did that and nothing.
If we can’t change screens while it’s processing then put on the screen a earning like , “ do not close or leave the app. “ After that happened it now just records a few seconds of video but nothing longer . Wasted lots of my time talking and recording… all was lost . It used to work well what happened?

Was better now it’s worse
App crashes when you try to save used to be able to pick the face areas now you can’t
No adjustments
Don’t like this new version, you can’t adjust the filter like the old version.

This app worked fine, now it just shuts down and doesn’t start. What exactly are you doing? 🤦🏻♂️

3/7/20- Can’t understand the negative reviews. CC+ and the free version both work great for me. Two recommendations: when editing a photo, it would be helpful if the adjusted photo would be saved alongside the original. This would be especially helpful if adjusting a photo already in an album- save it in the album. Otherwise, now the edited picture is saved in the main file of pictures, then it has to be transferred to the subject album, then slid up to the proper position in that album. Secondly, when adjusting a photo near the left side of the screen (facing), the little adjustment box zips across the top portion of the screen making editing difficult. To correct, I first slide the image to be edited all the way to the right to address the problem. Nevertheless, thanks for your app.

The app was working great for a couple first months then it stopped working. It doesn’t allow you to save photos or videos which make the whole thing useless!! I tried to update it; delete the app then redownload, turning my phone off then on again, update everything, still doesn’t work, even on the free version!! Wth man we pay to use the app please make it work again or please refund the money :/

I have used cream cam for a couple years and bout the plus erosion I liked it so much. I can’t use it because it crashes when it tries to save a pic😮 I can only use the free version which is sad :(

Everything on the app works great except the retouch feature. It's never worked for me yet. But the app works good for what I use it for.

Use this all the time now. Touch ups look really great and developer is on top of fixing reported problems.
