Nothing like advertised. Non of the videos are there , then you pay 40$ to find out you have credits to buy . Downloaded pictures don’t loook like originals at all .

Waste of time. Paid for the whole year. The app doesn’t work anymore and it’s been over a week and can’t contact the customer service.

I’m honestly shocked. You pay to access the app, but then you can’t actually use it. They ask you to pay again, only this time several times more. And on top of that, the quality of the results is terrible. I really regret paying for it.

I canceled my subscription about a year ago, yet I was charged for the subscription again. I have not used the app again, because after my previous experience, I no longer wanted the service.
The biggest problem is that there seems to be no reliable way to contact the company directly or get proper customer support. I contacted Apple about the charge, and I was instructed to fill out a form and contact the developer by email. I followed the instructions, but more than a month has passed and I still have not received a response.
Today, I contacted Apple again and was once again given instructions to reach the company by email. At this point, I honestly don’t have much confidence that they will respond.
All I wanted was a refund for a subscription I had already canceled and did not use. Instead, I have spent more than a month trying to get someone to respond.
Guys, please be very careful before subscribing to Creati – Gen AI Content Creator. Based on my experience, the billing and lack of customer support have been extremely frustrating and made me feel like I was being taken advantage of.
