I don’t really like this app. It doesn’t let me search for machines by model number or brand. Anything you type into the search bar, comes back as an error.
Freezes, please fix
Immediately freezes the entire app on the crafting page, unable to click between mm and inches.
What?!
I’m confused. I’m using the iOS version. How do I export to vf3 format? It only outputs in vp4. Also, I’ve only recently purchased my machine but it’s not wifi enabled, does this mean I won’t be able to access the premium designs? Does this mean there’s no point paying for a subscription? Mysewnet didn’t seem to have these limitations. It says if it’s mysewnet compatible it will work, the description of my machine talks about mysewnet, but is the Pfaff creative 4.5 compatible with this app? They’ve released this too soon without leaving behind the old software to keep functionality before ending support.

Terrible experience
The app moved so incredibly slowly, and when I tried to print I learned there was no way. Aargh. It shouldn’t be this hard.
Can’t even sign in, the button is unresponsive
I restarted the app even, just unable to use the app. The website is terrible as well, it frequently asks me to sign in to access my files even if I’m logged in
Brother Sewing machine not listed
I had to download the app to find my sewing machine was not listed. :(
Useless
My machine, which worked perfectly when this app was SewNet, can’t read the files and won’t let me change the file type. Total waste of money and time. If I could give it a minus rating, I would
Thread Change Notifications broken for over 1 year
The developer has not fixed an issue where thread change notifications are automatically pushed to the user through the app. This capability is extremely useful and a reason why I chose the brand in the first place. Unfortunately there is no timetable on when or if this functionality will be restored.

App does not function
As others have said, cannot get beyond the measurement pop up, so unable to use the app. So glad I didn’t pay for membership on the website!!

Awful app not working
Cannot access anything embroidery asks you to chose mm or inches and cannot get any further. Have to force quit to leave app
Keeps freezing on new iPad
I just downloaded on a new iPad and the app keeps freezing when I click embroidery and it brings me to units measured. I’m able to click inches but can’t click OK because the window doesn’t fully open. Now Its stuck and won’t let me do anything!
No way to sign in?
I can’t believe I’m saying it, but I miss mysewnet. At least there was a way to sign in! This program just has a place to put your sign in credentials, but no place to actually activate them! Very strange it’s like they forgot to add the submit button.
App crashes
App crashes every time I open the embroidery tab. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing changed.
Hangs
Once I enter choice for embroidery measurement the app hangs and becomes unresponsive.
Capture mat
This feature barely works and just when you think it’s fixed, there’s an app update and it doesn’t work again!!
Unit Measure
Is there a bug in the app? I can’t get past the unit of measure. The conformation box is not big enough to confirm choice of mm or inches. So until it’s fixed it a useless app.
Not Connecting
Unable to connect my machine Singer 9185 to the app so unable to use the app to create my designs! My machine model cannot be found in the option list and tells me that my machine is not compatible so how am I supposed to design and embroider?! Not ideal!
Monitor Function
I like to use the monitor function. However, I’ve found that the time remaining is very inaccurate. My machine says there are 14 minutes left and the app says there are a lot less minutes remaining. As I watched the app it constantly updates the time remaining by going from, for example, 5 seconds to 4 seconds and back to 5 seconds over and over again. I think the developers need a better time

Embroidery Screen Frozen
