Pretty worthless.
The windows desktop software sends project to the sewing machine or “the cloud”, but this software only seems to have access to “the vault”, which a different online storage space. Even when the desktop software sees the iPhone and offers to send the project to the phone, then says it successfully has done so, nothing shows up on the phone.
So unless you want to try to design projects on a tiny iphone screen, this app is pretty worthless.

App features break down and no support
This app is not worth it, don’t get a machine that uses creative, hard to design embroidery that looks good and works well. Save your money and go to a new machine software

Als ich noch ganz normal mit der JoyOS Advisor mein Desing platzieren konnte hat das wunderbar funktioniert. Jetzt ist !trotz! Foto alles total ungenau platziert, ich muss alles nachjustieren. Nicht mal der Rahmen stimmt auf dem Bildschirm mit meiner Maschine überein, was jedoch mäkeln auf hohem Niveau ist. Fazit ist jedoch, so ist das ganze für mich nicht mehr nutzbar. Ich benutze die Husqvarna Sapphire 85 und bin total enttäuscht über das ständige Verschlimmbessern wirklich mal gut funktionierender Apps.

I don’t really like this app. It doesn’t let me search for machines by model number or brand. Anything you type into the search bar, comes back as an error.
Freezes, please fix
Immediately freezes the entire app on the crafting page, unable to click between mm and inches.

I’m confused. I’m using the iOS version. How do I export to vf3 format? It only outputs in vp4. Also, I’ve only recently purchased my machine but it’s not wifi enabled, does this mean I won’t be able to access the premium designs? Does this mean there’s no point paying for a subscription? Mysewnet didn’t seem to have these limitations. It says if it’s mysewnet compatible it will work, the description of my machine talks about mysewnet, but is the Pfaff creative 4.5 compatible with this app? They’ve released this too soon without leaving behind the old software to keep functionality before ending support.

Terrible experience
The app moved so incredibly slowly, and when I tried to print I learned there was no way. Aargh. It shouldn’t be this hard.
Can’t even sign in, the button is unresponsive
I restarted the app even, just unable to use the app. The website is terrible as well, it frequently asks me to sign in to access my files even if I’m logged in
Brother Sewing machine not listed
I had to download the app to find my sewing machine was not listed. :(

Thread Change Notifications broken for over 1 year
The developer has not fixed an issue where thread change notifications are automatically pushed to the user through the app. This capability is extremely useful and a reason why I chose the brand in the first place. Unfortunately there is no timetable on when or if this functionality will be restored.

App does not function
As others have said, cannot get beyond the measurement pop up, so unable to use the app. So glad I didn’t pay for membership on the website!!

Keeps freezing on new iPad
I just downloaded on a new iPad and the app keeps freezing when I click embroidery and it brings me to units measured. I’m able to click inches but can’t click OK because the window doesn’t fully open. Now Its stuck and won’t let me do anything!
No way to sign in?
I can’t believe I’m saying it, but I miss mysewnet. At least there was a way to sign in! This program just has a place to put your sign in credentials, but no place to actually activate them! Very strange it’s like they forgot to add the submit button.
App crashes
App crashes every time I open the embroidery tab. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing changed.
Hangs
Once I enter choice for embroidery measurement the app hangs and becomes unresponsive.
Capture mat
This feature barely works and just when you think it’s fixed, there’s an app update and it doesn’t work again!!
