I paid for the full version and if I’m not mistaken, it said $1.99. now why do I have to upgrade or restore the purchase when it was supposed to be a one time fee?

I love the markers, but I can’t save my artwork nor can I load from the camera and as far as I’m concerned it defeats the purpose. However, I would just have to take loads and loads of loads of screenshots.
