What happened to the old feature of this app. The video style they used to have was way too much beautiful than this new one..
Basics please
I tried to sign up 4x and received an broken code error message each time. Then I tried to send a message to App Support and got phished into an investment quadrant. So much for smooth productivity.
BRING THE OLD EVERBLOOM BACK
This app is was my favorite but now it’s ruined. The TIMELAPSE, ORBIT, AND OTHER SHOOTING MODES ARE GONE. Now you just have a weak reel/Tiktok video editor that got rid of its most creative and refreshing camera modes. I don’t want to stitch videos together and put some lame template/filter over it. I want to be able to use the old camera modes, back when the app was called Strucc. Bring back the old version!!!!

Where is the picture frame?
In the above pics it shows a black picture frame with a white mat. I well prints and wanted to use that. I don’t see it anywhere.
What happened?
This was an amazing app! I was able to create beautiful videos to share as reels/stories but I can’t do that anymore. Where have your templates gone?
I don’t want to turn my videos into collectables, I just want to use your amazing templates and make amazing videos .

What happened to the photo & video editor!?
Everbloom used to be a really cool video and photo editing app and one day I logged in one day and it was a completely different app! I'm so disappointed and confused.
RUINED APP!
I’ve been a paid pro member for over 2 yrs. They’ve destroyed what used to be a perfect editing app! HUGE drastic update that’s done nothing but throw it’s users way off & leave us all confused.
No notice, warning, nothing. Just an ugly surprise when we open our app.
So much for hopping on the app, plug in a batch of pics/vids & have a classy, high quality edited video within a few seconds! They’ve done away with that…
Looks like greed has taken over this developer, as they’re trying too hard to become ANOTHER social sharing platform, as well as also jumping on the whole NFT trend in hopes to I guess make big $$? Idk. Like I said, this apps left me completely confused here. I will NOT be renewing my pro subscription & deleting the thing off my devices as it’s not even worth the memory it’s hogging up on my iPhone/iPad at this point!
Shame on you, developers!!

Paid yearly subscription. Now, cannot login with paid subscription without giving them my cellphone number. I’ve paid. Why are you asking me for my number to login and use what I paid for?
Also, the new update to Everbloom has completely destroyed the app. It use to be easy to use, now it’s unappealing and difficult. Too much of a drastic update for long term users.

The new version is horrible
The best part of the app was the templates and how practical you could do a video for reels and now that seems to have been thrown out of the window! I don’t want Polaroids and evercam that is not why a bought this app! Please bring the old version back or fix the problem, already made reviews and am waiting for answers!

Great app, a few suggestions
•We should be able to name the filters for ourselves if we want to.

Adds a filter to exported file
I would love this product if it weren’t for the fact that it constantly adds a harsh filter to my exported project. I can’t use any of the projects I create because when I export it it looks orange. I’ve emailed them multiple times & have heard nothing back

I love this app so much! It’s so convenient when you’re on the go & need a quick reel to post for your small business! It’s helped me out A LOT! But I really wish there was no watermarks when you save your videos…hopefully you guys can change that?🥺

I love app, it’s amazing!! But I really wish it gave more filter options that aren’t ones that you have to pay for. I get that you gotta make money, but at least make the fee smaller because it’s a lot of money to unlock the rest of the filters. Keep up the great work! :)
terrible service
charged me for $40 year long premium and i didn’t even buy it. i can’t get a refund back because no ones helping me and on top of it all it says i’d need to pay another $40 to use premium even though i payed $40 already.

nothing good is free and you can only do instagram story format photos & videos. everything saves as a video also. never downloading again
Needs a sizing option - or to not zoom in on photo
Needs an option to move the photo around or select the size of the photo. My original photo gets cropped out as it zooms in, cutting out main parts of the photos.
