Credentials Mobile

Credentials Mobile is the enrolment companion to Credentials Studio, the desktop software that designs and prints ID cards. Use it at the desk where people actually are. Photograph the cardholder, capture their signature, enter their details, and send the card to print on the workstation. No walking someone to a computer, and no typing a form twice. REQUIRES CREDENTIALS STUDIO This app is a companion, not a standalone product. It pairs to one computer running Credentials Studio on the same network by scanning a code shown on that computer's screen. Without a workstation there is nothing to pair to, so tap "Explore with sample data" on the welcome screen to see the whole app running on an invented college's register. WORKS WHEN THE NETWORK DOES NOT Enrolments, edits, photographs and signatures are saved on the phone and delivered when it is back with the workstation. Every record tells you whether it is synced or still waiting, so nothing is ever lost in the gap between the two. The phone draws each cardholder's card itself, so you can see what will print even with no connection at all. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS There is no account and no sign-in. The phone talks to your computer and to nothing else: no server of ours sits between them, and nothing it captures is ever sent to us. The app contains no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising identifiers and no third-party code of any kind. The connection to your workstation is encrypted and checked against that computer's own certificate, so a phone cannot be tricked into sending cardholder details to another machine on the network. You can also require Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode each time the app is opened.
