Won’t load after new update
With the most recent update, this app won’t load on my iPhone anymore! It’s caused a disruption to my work, shame they haven’t fixed it yet.
Just terrible :(
It's so bad, it messes up my appointments. I just use Safari to log into the actual website cause this is unreliable.

Crashing issue after update
I was able to log in once, then when clicked to complete a service it crashed. Then every time I tried to log in it crashed.
I deleted and reinstalled and now it seems to be working fine, with the addition of TouchID which is a real time saver. Hoping everyone doesn’t have to delete and reinstall!
In general the app has limited functionality but it’s alright at what it does.

Keeps crashing
App did an update yesterday and now continuously crashes. Can’t use it at all.

Crashes on login
Used to be at least semi-functional but now it just crashes on login. Even a hard phone reset doesn’t help. Totally unusable.
Incomplete and insufficient
While Credible Behavioral Health is a fine EHR service, their phone application needs serious work. I can’t view my schedule in the app apart from client meetings/services - this is a massive oversight because I can’t view the several other clinical team meetings and case reviews I have on my schedule almost daily within their phone app. Not to mention the fact that I can’t view client information, work on progress notes, see my colleagues schedules, schedule new appointments, and other significant short-fallings. I will not be using this application again until serious work is undertaken to expand its usefulness.

Huge improvements in past 2-3 years! Keep it up and you might get 5 star!
Our company has been using iOS platform for about two years and it has been more stable than the chrome-books we used in the past.
Not a useful app
I really wanted to like this app, but its bugs make it unusable. The biggest problem is that it reflects appointments as cancelled when they are not. At the very basic level, I want to be able to check whether my appointments are scheduled!! Try again.
1.17.2 version won’t load
I have attempted several times log on to the app and it will not load. However I was able to log on with the earlier versions.

Terrible Update.
This new update doesn’t load for those with a iPhone. I’ve tried disconnected mode that I use when I can’t load the app. When I get in disconnect mode there is no plus symbol to add a service. Disappointed! It’s been three weeks and still no fix for this.
Newest update has made it unusable
I don’t have 5 min to keep refreshing my screen while credible tries to load the last 5% of info so that the app can open. Also, why does it want to know my location? I am nearly ready to delete this from my phone.
Shame
I have to use this program through my job and it works alright but somethings don’t save or upload properly. I thought I had client signatures but nope they’re gone now. It’s like I never saw them and the notes I started with them are gone. App is due for a mass update.
Almost perfect
The app works well for the most part and syncs when connected to WiFi with little inconvenience. However there are two glaring issues at hand regarding TX Plus:
1. TX Plus does not sync entirely when submitting forms. I have found that documentation areas disappear when reflect on Credible Web.
2. TX Plus does not sync when objectives and interventions are completed. I still have old intervention and objective areas in my current TX plus that are outdated.
Please review and fix in the next release.

Useless
This app does not work at all. I can’t make a single report with it. What’s the point? And why do people actually attempt this? The app makers really need to go back to the drawing board.
Needs Work
Low rating due to many glitches. Often unable to write notes due to page not loading. Unable to edit notes once submitted. Unable to view new plans of care once updated on a computer. They only way to reboot the app and see new data or load new page is to delete it and reinstall.
What happened!!?
Up until Monday, this was working fine. Minor issues here and there with it not sending notes or they send but aren’t saved properly. But now? I can’t even log in with the connected mode. The app keeps crashing. Kinda need this to work since I’m a mobile therapist...
Wish this app would actually work!
Does not load! Could be really helpful in the field if it actually worked. Is anyone working on this or had the app been abandoned?
