I have to say that it is next to impossible
To remember all of the important questions you need to answer before striking a deal. This is a great “check/balance” sheet that allows you to make sure you don’t get caught with your pants down after closing. Wish I would have known about this after my last deal. Found out that they didn’t comply with ADA which required me to hire an attorney to deal with a lawsuit for an ambulance chasing lawyer. Whole thing cost me 25 grand so far. On this app it gives you almost TOO MUCH To look out
