Poor system development
The designer of this app is probably a beginner or AI. Notifications for email verification arrive in 1 hour late with a 2 minute expiry window. Do not allow an app to be in production if you haven’t tested it well. And since I am a teacher of IT I would love to know where did the developers graduate from.

Absolute garbage. Buggy.
This app is a liability for CrediMax. Get a proper dev team to build a better one.
Unbelievably glitchy
VERY frustrating to use. Needed to delete and reinstall and change password again to login. What was wrong with the old app?
Go back to the old app
This new app is slow and and has so many unnecessary scrolling from left to right. Its easier to see things clearly on one page with the need for scrolling. Please try to fix.
Please fix and update
The new CrediMax app is frustrating. It sends login notifications by both SMS and email on top of the existing transaction SMS alerts. Please remove these duplicate login notifications, or at least give users the option in the app to choose between SMS or email. The old app was much better and less intrusive.
