App is not working! Call the company and they can’t provide updates!

App stops working after iPhone updates

Nice to know that you can’t use your app to run credit cards after the update on iPhones. There answer use the web sign in to run the cards. Really how much more does that cost ummmm weeks go by and still no fix I might start looking for another provider soon. And getting pci compliant and sending in certificate they still charging 19.95 month fee. Unbelievable and now fees are racing upward to 3-6% unreal.

Tough to get approved

Very tough indeed

Monthly Min required plus a fee

I spent 15 mins filling out all of the business information and bank/personal information only to be told on the last screen there are monthly minimum sales needed PLUS the transaction fees.
It's misleading that there are only transaction fees per sales. No where did I see a monthly min requirement till I wasted all that effort.

Expectations met

I’ve used many merchant companies in the past. After our old machine died, I looked around at different options to fit my needs and decided to call Paynet Systems. I’m so glad I did; I’m very happy with the service I got! As an equine transporter, I’m always on the road and my time is spent taking care of my clients and their horses. I don’t have the time to worry about keeping track of paperwork, mailing invoices, and figuring up quotes. Credit Card Machine helps me accomplish all of my daily needs. The service is incredibly easy to use and my customers enjoy getting immediate receipts. I’m particularly fond of the invoices, but more so the helpful folks at Paynet Systems who are always there to give help when I need it.

Quality

Expectations definitely exceeded. Deposits hit my account quickly. The invoice and quote option has saved me a ton of money and administrative time. I like knowing I can manage my sales, deposits, quotes, AND market to my customers right from my iPhone with one app.
Really like the new log in. Would like to see my logo added to all receipts not just invoices and quotes.

Works on their terms

So you have to pay $10 shipping for your 'free' card reader which I have yet to be able to actually get to swipe a card through. So I enter them manually at the higher rate. Very unhappy with the company and can't wait to switch when my contract ends.

Apple Update 8.4 Upset Functionality

Great app. Smooth, efficient. Good customer service. HOWEVER, can't open since Apple's update 8.4. HELP! I've gotten used to the professionalism and ease of doing business with this app.

Crashes since update

Ever since the update the app crashes. After every transaction you have to delete the app from your phone then reload it and redo all your settings. Seriously after every single transaction. And the customer service lately is horrible. I have been a customer for over 4 years and if they don't step up their game and fix their product I'm going to find another company.
