Good letter templates provided but without any detailed directions on when & why specific letters should be used. Letters could have at least been listed in chronological order with in between tips/instructions because there are steps that needs to be taken like filing a police report. No instructions on that but a few letters mention a police report being filed & mailed with the letters. Oh and noticed a few misspelled words and improper English in the letters. Thinking of making a better version.
