This is a fantastic tool! It has taught me so much about how credit works and how to view money. The loan ready dashboard is super informative and is a good indicator of where I am at in my process of getting a loan.

I’ve had a really good experience with Credzy so far. The app makes credit information a lot easier to understand, and I like that everything is laid out in a simple way instead of feeling overwhelming. Their team has been responsive when I’ve asked questions, and the credit education tools have actually helped me pay more attention to my financial habits. I was able to improve my credit 90 points within three months using Credzy and working with CIG as well. Definitely worth checking out if you’re trying to improve your credit and learn more about managing your finances.

The tools Credzy provides are top notch in helping people not just grow their credit rating, but learning about credit as well. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to improve credit, get qualified for a home loan, etc..
Great tools with real support and progress!
part of that they had me sign up for the Credzy app too. I was a little hesitant at first, but decided to give it a chance.
Like any app, Credzy has occasional glitches or updates, but the support is what makes the difference. Whenever I call Credzy or Credit Innovation Group, they explain what’s going on, fix the issue, or let me know it’s being worked on. I’ve never felt brushed off.
Once you actually start using all the features, the app is really cool. The courses alone have helped me a lot, and I love having credit monitoring, personal info monitoring, and tools that actually help me understand and manage my money.
My credit has also come a long way since starting (it was BAD).
No company is perfect, but the people really care. John and Sofia at Credzy are always helpful, and I love Cristina, Diego, and Kimberly (the manager) at Credit Innovation Group. Everyone I’ve talked to has been kind, patient, and genuinely helpful.
I’m really glad I gave them a chance.

Thieves
Even if you cancel and delete your account they still charge you monthly you have to call to get them to stop charging you. And there is no refunds. Even if you’ve deleted everything about them do not recommend.
Don’t use!!
They will take your money and appoint you to a fake credit advisor and after 5 seconds of research on BBB 10/10 stated they are a scam don’t fall for it they will tell you what you want to hear

Terrible service . Stay away from them. They sound awesome but are the devil inside. Tell you one thing but do the opposite… go to your bank they have the same options. They are not better as they claim they are then their competitors! March - 2025

I have called numerous times to cancel. They just put you on hold for hours. I still have not been able to cancel because you can’t reach them. They are a fraud and a scam!!!

This app is awesome! It has a super nice display of your 3 C’s of credit, which is really cool to see! It shows you all 3 scores every month and lets you track your debt to income ration, expenses, and all your total capital! The educational courses are also really cool & engaging and taught me a lot about the world of credit! Overall highly recommend if your looking for something to help improve your credit and get a better grip on your finances!

I signed up with this company seeking help and all the did was charge me over $300 which was not the agreed payments. They didn’t do anything for me I can’t do for myself
788 Credit Score!
I used this app to help me get my credit up to 788 starting with no credit and bought a bmw at 18 with no co-signer. Lots of educational content and if you dig into the tools you can see your credit in a very detailed way. I highly recommend!

linked in and immediately was overwhelmed with telemarketers and spam mail am also hacked on other platforms ... Suspicious of this app.

Super clean, fresh app. So much improvement and the visibility into my credit reports is AMAZING! Love that I have ALL 3 reports and scores and they update monthly!!!
