What's New in Créneau

1.6.1

July 30, 2026

What's new - Add subtasks while you're creating a task — you no longer have to save it first and reopen it. - Deleting a task can be undone. A swipe no longer deletes on its own either: it reveals a Delete button you have to tap. Undo brings back the task, its subtasks, and its reminder. - Deleting a saved filter can be undone too. - Sync conflicts get a proper review screen. It lists every merged item instead of just the first one, and dismissing them all is no longer the easiest thing to tap. Fixed - Tasks with subtasks now sync. They never reached the server before, and one of them could quietly stop everything else from syncing too. Subtasks you created earlier will upload on the next sync. - Subtask progress shows a real progress ring instead of a spinner that never stopped. - A notification about a shared space now opens that space, instead of dropping you in Settings. - Changing the app font no longer sends you back to the top of every tab. - Recurring event details open faster. - An empty day now offers to add an event. - Delete and other destructive buttons are easier to tell apart from a coral-coloured calendar. Calendar and lists - The calendar header was rebuilt: the year sits above the title, the arrows flank the view switcher, and there's roughly a full row less furniture above your day — so you see more of it at once. - Tighter list spacing, and long month names stay on one line. - Small widget refinements: larger month day numbers and better-aligned overflow markers. Accessibility - VoiceOver can now complete, react to, and delete a task directly from the list — deleting used to be impossible without a swipe. - Large text sizes: titles wrap instead of shrinking and getting clipped. - Light accent colours now get readable text on top of them. - On Mac, VoiceOver reads the toolbar buttons by name, and there are keyboard shortcuts: ⌘N new, ⌘F search, ⌘T today, ⌘[ and ⌘] to move between periods. Right-clicking a task opens a menu. - Reduce Motion is respected when completing a task.
