Worst app I think I’ve ever used
Always crashing and nothing ever works smoothly it’s non stop something all the time
App don’t always work rite on clocking in or out n doesn’t look like what it does in the app
The app in my iPhone does not look like what it does in the App Store for this app pacifically, and it doesn’t always clock me out like it should, and it doesn’t show up in the system, but it shows up on my app saying that it clocked me in and out but when it comes to my paychecks, it says that it doesn’t, and then I have to do timesheetsthe app does not look like what it does in the App Store

Always having issues
This app has been nothing but trouble. I have to clock in and out with this app and it tells me my email is incorrect which it’s not. Now I can’t even clock in and out anymore with this app. It’s the worst! Now I have to hand in a time sheet instead of using the app which would be easier but no one can figure out why it’s not taking my email address. I’ve never changed it. Ugh!

Needs major update
I need this app for work and 90% of the time it doesn’t work.
It typically does fine when I’m checking in but at the end of my shift It has issues letting me login! It either loads forever with nothing happening or it will say my login/password is incorrect which it most definitely isn’t considering it’s the same information I just logged in with 7.5hours prior.
So I’m constantly having a panic attack on if I’m going to be able to check out or not when I can’t get into the app.
I’ve tried restarting my phone as well as deleting and redownloading the app and still continue to have this issue.

Bull Crap
Does not work on Apple devices. This is my ONLY way to clock in at work. I haven’t been able to see anything that was posted on the app by my job. I tried to report the problem but am unable to as my company has to do it. Uuuuugh!

Takes multiple times to log in.
No good
Nothing but problems with this app.I clock in and when I go to clock out it won’t allow me because it says I never clocked in.I have problem with whole app disappearing when I’m trying to clock out when that miracle happens!!
Complete crap
If I could give it no stars I would. It crashes all the time, never works offline like it’s supposed to and I have clients who live out side of internet range. It also likes to say I’m too far away when I’m standing in their house. The only time it works completely right is when I’m connected to WiFi. Needs major improvements, but I doubt it will ever happen......

Please fix the issues
Having issues when a client is removed for a day and then when I open the app back up the client is completely off my schedule this happens a lot and it’s nothing on the schedule side from the office because it’s showing that the client is still on there but on my side the client is gone. Please update the app

Needs a lot of work
I need this app to clock in for work and it will download, but then shuts down when I try to pull it up, and it won’t show my clients for that night. It won’t even show that I have any even if I have clients all week. It’s a big pain right now. Please fix it so I can use it. Thanks!
Login troubles
It keep saying that my login is incorrect when I’m using my thumb print for iPhone and I know that’s not correct,,, now it’s trying to lock me out.... very upset
Multiple attempts to log in
Within the last week every time I go to log in it loads and loads and loads and will not let me in and every time I go to cancel out of the app to try again it just keeps loading and won’t log me in until I turn my phone completely off and even after it do that it takes multiple attempts to log in. It’s annoying when I have to get a signature and I’m standing there for 15 minutes before it finally decides to let me log in!

Buggy
Everytime I open this app on my phone, it immediately crashes. I have deleted it and redownloaded it multiple times. I have also reset my phone multiple times. I have an iPhone 8 so my phone is not old. The app works on my iPad but not my iPhone. This app needs serious bug fixes.

I am to use this app for work. I am usually able to clock in with app but not able to clock out. I almost always have a “Too Far away” notice and I am standing in the middle of my patient’s kitchen! Please fix this app!
Not cool
I need this app for work, but it does not work for my iPhone. It throws my location way off from where I’m actually at, which is at my job. I called Apple and my iPhone is not the problem, it is the Crescendo app itself. I have deleted the app and redownloaded it, that did not work. I went to my location services on my phone, and the Crescendo app does not appear on my location services, which is very odd as it should show up on there. This Crescendo app needs to be improved so that is employees who uses this app for work can use it. Please fix this, Thank You Kindly.
