Always losing connection
What's the point in having an app to control the lights if it loses connection every time you close the app? My hardware is plugged in and "ready", however sitting right next to the lamp with my device inches away and somehow always manages to go offline. Can't control the lights remotely with the app, & due to them being offline 99% of the time trying to use a schedule is pointless. Should've just paid extra for govee bulbs

Was OKAY at best
Had these for about two years, constantly need to be reset, and now they won’t work without the updated version of the app which isn’t available in the store. Just tired of them
STOPPED WORKING SINCE 11/3/2023
The light switch worked great with Alexa for a while but stopped working and won’t link at all. It just says unable to authorize or they’re having an issue. Now it’s absolutely garbage. Please fix
Stopped working with Alexa
Suddenly all my Crestin smart plugs would not respond to Alexa. I spent hours trying various solutions. After disabling the link from Alexa I am unable to link it back. It just keeps saying unable to link, try again. So I have to pull out my phone, open the Crestin app, and tap the device switch to use. Will have to replace these with another brand.

No Longer Compatible with Alexa
After a year of working fine, their bulbs are no longer compatible with Alexa. Reviews on the Alexa platform indicate others are having the same problem. Do not buy!
Owned for a year
I bought two bulbs and have had them for a year now and they’ve been working great until recently. When controlling them individually they work fine, but now when I wanna control them together, one or the other will start to have a delay or even no response. Overall they work great, but I’m a bit disappointed that I no longer can control them together.

Won’t work on I phone 12
This app is not showing a camera icon like they instructed on the user manual, that’s why I can’t use this app on a Crestins Home Camera

Any time I try to change my color to any color it says not connected and go back to the home page😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Great camera and app, but no privacy info?
This camera and app are truly fantastic for the price. The two way audio abs pan features are way cool for such a low priced camera!
However...
After I set this camera up, I told my (adult) sons about my great find! They immediately expressed concern when they noticed no Privacy Policy was shared on the App Store by the developer. Initially I thought they were over reacting... but a day later I received an odd email from my email address - to my email address - in all Hanzi characters. It may have been just a weird coincidence, but it really gave me pause. I decided to unplug the camera and deleted the app. I’ve been keeping and eye on the app in the hopes the developer will post a privacy policy.
Again, a great product for the price... but I do have some reservations about the security of my personal data and privacy.

Music sync doesn’t work when app isn’t open
Great app, the colors look good and I love the dimmer too. The music sync also works well when playing music off of your phone however when you play music off of a different device it has some difficulty hearing it and the music sync also stops working if you go to a different app on your phone which is annoying.

Amazing product and amazing app to go with it!
Alarm
Love the products. My mother has Alzheimer’s , getting up at night. Has been working great. The only thing I would suggest is to have different alarm ring tones with a longer time to wake me up. That’s the only reason I gave it a 4 star Other than that I would have given it a 5.
