Did the upgrade and now won’t open
Excellent resort, decent app
The resort staff are excellent and the resort was quite nice. The Creta Maris app, for the most part, succeeded on its key features of making restaurant reservations and sharing upcoming event information and resort amenities/features
The cons are:
- occasional app crash on startup
- unable to navigate to other parts of the app after/when viewing the calendar

Much to improve
This is not a great app in terms of its functionality.
The map is terrible and with the resort so large having a good map to help you get around, would be really helpful.
Also I tried to book some of the restaurants via the app (the ones that require a booking) and sometimes it went through and the restaurant didn’t recognize the books and other times it didn’t accept a booking that I wanted to make for the day later.
One suggestion also is allow the user to select the events they are interested in and a notification appears minutes before it starting.

Beautiful resort. Skip the app
The staff are so friendly and willing to help in making reservations. I discovered that because every time I booked a restaurant or fitness center through the app, they never found my booking. In other words, the resort works wonderfully; the app does not.
Just awful
Never loads, doesn’t recognise restaurant bookings, waste of time
