Should not have to sign in every time we want to our messages on our on private phones. It waste time

It doesn’t work right.
It thinks that you are driving when you’re not. I was sitting in my bunk and it thought I was driving. This happened many times. I couldn’t access my messages because it thought I was driving.
Terrible
The app is terrible. Since latest update it will log me out of messaging every time. Says I’m always in drive mode. Ask TMC Transportation how to do something right

Needs improvement
1: Why do we need to also log in to messages every single time, that should be automatically done when we log in to the app.
2: Blocks access for way too long after you stop driving.
3: Blocks access if walking too quickly because it believes you must be driving.
4: Blocks access when riding with someone else, there should be a way for it to see your work vehicle isn’t even running. Let alone moving.
5: If logged out of the truck for any reason such as truck in the shop there is no way to send or receive communication until logged back in. Clearly the communication in linked to the tablet assigned to the truck which furthers my point about 4.

Not useful
All you can do on it is scan documents, I wish this app would get updated and I wish I was hable to do free form messages from here and be able to see my loads information! That would actually be helpful for us drivers. Hopefully soon this app gets updated and those things are included to make this app actually helpful.

Needs improvement
There are a few gripes I have about areas that need improvement. When I get out of the truck, I have to wait five minutes to pull up messages for numbers I need immediately at shippers. It also locks me out of using the app if I'm a passenger in a vehicle because it thinks I'm driving every time I'm simply in a moving vehicle. It would also be a huge help to be able to send forms from the app and to be able to receive push notifications for new messages

Amateur at best!
Don’t think you’re going to park, go into a shipper and use this ap for info. It will not let you sign in, for 5- up to 10 minutes - it will say you’re still driving. You also cannot stay signed in- you will have to sign in each and every time you leave the app even if it’s for a minute. Ridiculous.

Could definitely use better improvements
1. The recruiter pop up is SUPER annoying it should only come up when accessing Recruiting, not every page.
2. Organization of options is very random- please consider the actual people that use the app the most(drivers)
3. PLEASE include current shop hours in the terminal information
4. Driver Report Card info is always way off/not current.
5. TRANSFLO scanning is frequently blurry or grainy, and must be redone multiple times.

Not user friendly
The new update on the this app has made it impossible to even use it on an iPhone. It takes several minutes to get the app to to open up Driver messaging because you made it too sensitive. It’s absolutely ridiculous when I get to a shipper and need the numbers off the Driver messaging. I have to literally take the tablet now out of my truck and go in the office because I can’t open up the stupid app that you have made two on user-friendly if you think that that’s gonna stop people from reading while they’re driving, you are mistaken because if you’re smart enough, you could just take a picture of the Stupid load info and look at it whenever you want so Crete safety needs to figure something out because right now this app is worthless

Great company, sub-par app
I really like working for this company; however, it is extremely frustrating that the app will log you out multiple times, sometimes while you're reading or writing a message and throw you completely off.
Bad design
App is very poorly designed. Hard to use, hard to navigate. Not very user friendly.

iOS - The Messaging service requires you to login ever time. Also, does not provide notifications to the phone, because you have to log in to the messaging service every time.
Great Company, App Needs Improvement
Crete as a company is fantastic, this app however, not so much. It really could use a major upgrade as all it seems good for right now is scanning paperwork, i cant see any load information or messages from the app which is the main reason i want to use an app. Hopefully Crete upgrades the app soon so it will be useful for us drivers.

Crete OTR Driver
I love this honest company since my hire date they treated me very good! The Miles are great and consistent. Load Pre-plans are continuous. Benefits are good and home-time is priority for them. This app is good just needs more updates has some few bugs.
