Upload CC/DC info?
I’m at a loss to understand why this app receives such high reviews. Crew requires you to upload CC or DC info for points/credits. This applies to manually scanned receipts as well. If Target can’t keep this information secure, what would make you think a car wash franchise could?

Can’t transfer washes in App
Often want to purchase the wash books as gifts but you can’t transfer to others. People want digital these days and not books to manage.

Bad Service
Came and got an ultimate wash had to go back through again because a couple of spots were missed . The person spraying the cars didn’t even look at my windshield to read what was wrong . Had to go back through 3 times . It’s sad you pay $22.00 dollars for a wash and can’t get what you paid for . Should make sure the people they hire do there job better.

Worthless app…
Just became a monthly Crew Ultimate Wash member , hoping that the app would recognize my permanent membership & offer me information about my membership & the location of nearby washes..
Nope! Using my iPhone camera to scan the Crew ID sticker, located on the lower drivers side codified my windshield, as a simple way of at least partially validating my identity makes sense, but that’s not an option.
I question the value of this app to faithful customers who are monthly subscribers…

Confused about qualifying purchases
Are rewards only based on car wash purchases? Or is it any purchase made with registered cards run as credit? I've looked through all the terms and such and haven't found the answer.
