Zip Code not Valid

I would love to use the app, but when creating my account, it keeps saying my zip code is invalid. I double checked it was put in right, and when that didn’t work, I tried every zip code in my state. It still said it was invalid.
It wouldn’t be a big deal if it wasn’t needed to create an account. Don’t know if it’s a larger problem, but it definitely has screwed me

Doesn’t work

I keep getting “Update Available” messages when I open the app but then go to update it and nothing is there. The search by state feature is also wonky and doesn’t work 99% of the time. Then there’s the issue with my profile not showing up, which defeats the whole purpose of the app if my profile isn’t showing up. I’ve been sending in support requests for the last few weeks and they have all been ignored.

Apologies for just seeing this. Thank you for joining us. There are few posts on the app because the point of the community is to serve our filmmakers the moment they need help. Our direct hire feature allows employers to skip the posting step and simply find qualified crew. Have you updated your profile with IMDb, website, and a pdf resume? Reach out if we can help in any way.

Deleted the app

There’s like 1 job listed at all times and I asked for help in regards to deleting my profile via ig, they completely ignored me. I don’t understand why they’re “so excited” about making a “job private” feature when there are no jobs posted! They’re priorities are completely backwards. And the only reviews “praising” this app are from the people that work there!

To speak to your posting statement, Crew Me Up is trying to help crew find you to directly hire vs. forcing you to search through posts. Is your profile complete with a website, IMDb link, and updated resume? This will increase your chances as more department heads hire directly. Thank you for your support. We will do better

Great for the film industry!

This app is the LinkedIn for the film industry, connecting crewbies to sets. Finding work, managing work, knowing where and when your next gig is.. and connecting with colleagues. Much needed in the industry!

Not enough jobs

I don’t see any of the jobs I do professionally as options. I understand not having a director as an option as they would be the ones using this but why not an editor or a colorist?

Does not work.

Have tried multiple times to setup account, but submit button does not seem to work. Seems that this was released before it was properly tested.

Can’t get past crewbie profile setup

Submit button not working and if I reload, delete and re install I’m still stuck in create a crewbie profile.

Not sure about what does it do!!

I wonder if they really tested the app. I guess this app is still at the testing stage. What are those “auth”, “main” and “loading “ buttons? Nothing seemed working. Terrible UX:(
