About

Crew Rest Planner helps 2–5 flight crew share an in-flight rest window and track the rest each person has taken. Set a start time and total duration, or enter the end time directly. Choose the crew size and a return-to-seat allowance, which defaults to five minutes. Crew are grouped automatically: • 3 crew share an even rotation • 4 crew work in two independent pairs: Crew 1 & 3 and Crew 2 & 4 • 5 crew form a pair and a trio The crew board keeps Allocated, Taken and Remaining rest visible for everyone. Begin rest with one tap, or plan a call time and preview the return-to-seat time. End rest when called; the board then shows the changeover countdown. Already taken a break? Enter its duration and end time, review it, and save. Multiple breaks count towards the same allocation, and overlapping minutes count only once. FEATURES • Rest allocations and editable break logs for 2–5 crew • Start-plus-duration or start-and-end window entry • Keypad or wheel time entry • Planned calls and return-to-seat countdowns • Optional local call and window-end notifications • Timeline of logged rest and suggested rotation • UTC or local time • Dark and daylight appearance • Side-by-side crew groups on iPad • Nearby Crew Sync between devices • Apple Watch window countdown and remaining-rest display No account or sign-in is required. Rest records are stored on device and can be shared with your crew through the optional nearby-device connection. Crew Rest Planner is a planning aid. Initial allocations reserve the changeovers between the suggested breaks; extra swaps consume additional window time. Always follow your operator’s procedures and applicable flight-time limitations.
