Unable to get support via app
I missed my shifts due to no notification on my phone they only send via email. How do I fix it? I’ve enabled all of the notifications settings. I used to work all of sudden it stopped working.

Easy to use and there’s been a lot of improvements with the app. Would recommend

Crashes if you don’t use 24HR time.
Opening jobs on this app if you don’t change your time on your iPhone to 24HR time leads the app to crash.

This is a worst app ever!!!
Worst thing ever
I work with several companies using different systems, and by far this is one of the worst systems I've come across with.
The app is clunky, sometimes misleading, the UI is not really useful and the UX is absolutely terrible.
It's hard to navigate, and it just doesn't work.
The web app doesn't do much better either.
Personnel Manager is just plain useless.
Can't believe companies have to pay money for such a bad platform. It creates more problems than solutions.

Love the notification to remain me of my shifts, my manager doesn't need to chase me for timesheet anymore.
