Do not FORCE someone to have an update on their phone in order to have access to my banking- I am not able to update❗️so now I DO NOT have access- to something that I should always have access ! and clearly you're not writing my review unless I give you the full stars

In my 60s, I’ve had probably had over 10 banks over my years and this is the best bank I’ve had!

I don’t have a phone or iPad that’s able to use 18.4. They’re older models. I’m 79 and can’t afford to purchase anything newer. What am I supposed to do? Find another bank? I guess I’ll have to. You obviously don’t want anyone that’s poor or old to use your bank. Thanks so much.

I do not have a 18.4 phone or later. I can not update your banking system. I will not up grade my phone just to accommodate your new banking protocol. Please fix this dilemma, so I can see my banking online, or you will be forced me to switch banks. The choice is yours.

I have done business with Crews bank now for 5 years. Today trying to pay bills and had a larder than normal bill to pay, but cannot pay it as they need to revue my account. It is my money and should be able to spend when and how I want. I know today it is about security but again it is my money and should not have to have a review to spend it

I can’t get on this app I have always had problems with it, since crews bank took over. It’s a shame because I have been with this bank for over 35 years!! Maybe it’s time to move on.

Trying to log in and I keep getting a update required. Update requires IOS 18. My tablet only goes to sixteen so I can’t update. App is not backward compatible.

She knows my by my first name even when I’m a little shook up because of life she assures me that everything will go well and the service is very professional and prompt always straightforward never beating around the bush and that’s why I recommend her to anyone.
