Just learning…
I’m learning cribbage and already knew the basic rules. This app makes it easy to play, has a slick and good-looking interface, and has (I think) a comprehensive discard analyser. Yes, the iPad beats me more often than not, on the Standard level, but I’m enjoying it at the moment and looking forward to winning a bit more! The manual counting feature is good for me to learn not to miss any scores I could make - the Hint button will point out anything I haven’t noticed.

Good but..............
Overall, a very good game, however, when the app decides it's "his" turn to win be prepared to be crushed by a series of monster hands. Looking at some of the somewhat eccentric discards made, it is clear that the machine knows what you've put in the crib and/or what the turn card will be.

Easy to play. You will learn more if you count your own hand instead of letting the computer count it. Fun game to teach your kids or grandkids simple math skills.
Winning bias is out of control
Whole heartedly agree with the reviewer who gave examples of the computer oriented bias in this game. All those things happen when I play it too. It eventually became impossible to ignore it.

I need to get help counting the points. This app has been doing that by setting it to manual counting and starting with easy.
Card cheat
This game deals very lopsided hands. It’s noticeably bias to the computer. I thought, initially, it was just unlucky but after 20 or so games I’m convinced no ones luck is that bad.

I’ve this very same app on my phone for many years. Downloaded on my iPad,now. This is the classic cribbage I have played all my life! Don’t miss the “?” In the upper right corner. It will give you a various options if you’re not sure about your best discard. This is the original. It is very straightforward. This is my go to game. I have been a gamer, all my life!❣️

I have found this app brilliant for learning the game of cribbage. Different skill levels and best of all it shows you the scoring really well. Definitely recommend it if you’re learning!

Computer never gets a bad hand!!
Almost perfect
I am pretty addicted to this game but any pretence that the deals are not fixed is simply unbelievable. The guide goes to some length to explain the difference in play between pro and standard hands. Ignore it - the only difference is the outrageous deals and draws the pro hand gets. And if the cards aren’t fixed, why is the opening draw to decide who goes first never a tie?
Update August 2026. I am now going to download a different cribbage game, as the deals in this are far beyond a joke. Perhaps other game are the same, if so, I will hold my hands up.

This is a good primer for beginners or those who haven’t played in so long that they’ve forgotten the rules. Loved it!

This is the only app I’ve downloaded and kept using all this time! It never freezes. There’s never a problem at all with this app not once. Some apps are heavily weighed in the opponents favor. This app is not this app is straight honest true and a lot of fun if you like Cribbage. Bonus!!NO ADS EVER
