99.5% of the time the starter card is what I discarded, just a different suit

I really enjoy this app for Cribbage. I have played 600+ games, and the frustrating experience is very consistent. After I have discarded, 99.5% of the time, whatever I discard appears then appears as the starter card, just a different suit. So it’s very hard to believe that the deals are random, and definitely affects how the game is played.
