Not giving any importance to shorter format bowlers
I would like to request a review of the way bowler badges/tags are calculated for short-format tennis-ball cricket, especially matches of 8 overs or fewer.
I feel that the current system does not fully recognise the impact of bowlers in these very short formats.
In an 8-over-or-shorter match, a bowler generally gets only 1 or 2 overs. That means every over is extremely important, and taking a wicket in such a short spell can have a much greater impact on the result than it might appear from the overall statistics.
I have personally taken more than 100 wickets in this format, while averaging close to one wicket per over. My economy rate is also below 7.5, which I believe is a very strong performance in such a high-pressure, short-format environment. There are also very few bowlers who perform better than this consistently.
Therefore, I am surprised that performances of this kind are still classified only as “Aspirant,” the lowest bowler badge.
I completely understand the need for statistical calculations and comparisons. However, I request CricHeroes to consider whether the current model gives enough weight to:
Wickets per over or wickets per spell
Bowling strike rate
Economy rate relative to the short-format environment
Dot-ball percentage
Impact of taking wickets when a bowler has only 1–2 overs available
Separate benchmarks for 6–8 over tennis-ball matches
Consistency across a significant number of matches
A bowler taking nearly one wicket every over while maintaining an economy below 7.5 in an 8-over format is making a significant contribution to the team. The shorter the match, the greater the importance of each individual over and wicket.
I would therefore request CricHeroes to review the calculation and classification of bowler badges for short-format tennis-ball cricket, and consider creating format-specific benchmarks rather than comparing these performances with longer-format bowling.
I believe this would make the badges more meaningful and accurately recognise bowlers who are having a major impact in grassroots short-format cricket.
Thank you for listening to the feedback, and I hope the CricHeroes team will consider reviewing this aspect of the player-rating system.
Regards,
Anoop Francis
Feature Request: 3 Crucial updates for platform Fairness
1. “Weekend Player” Award: Working professionals only play Saturdays/Sundays. They cannot statistically compete with daily players. A separate "Weekend Player" recognition category based on weekend match data would motivate corporate players without affecting daily regulars.
2. Mandatory Match Fee Status: Lock individual player stats/highlights for a match until their match fee is marked as paid and verified by the captain. This creates transparent accounting and stops payment delays before the game even begins.
3. Payment Dispute Mechanism: If a personal dispute happens and a captain falsely marks a player as unpaid, the player needs a “Dispute Payment” button to upload UPI/transaction screenshots. CricHeroes should verify this independently. To stop misuse:
- Valid player claim: Warning to captain, then a 2-month account suspension for repeat offenses.
- Fraudulent player claim: Warning to player, then a 2-month suspension.
Please implement these to protect genuine players from captain bias!

Stats not authentic
It’s ruins your personal stats.
I happened with my profile multiple times. Even after reporting it, I was told to contact the team captain.
Very poor User Experience
I understand earning is possible only via ads or subscription but the user experience matters too.
Great Stats, But Partnerships Deserve More Attention
for cricketers at all levels.
One feature I would love to see added is a “Most 100+ Run Partnerships” statistic. It would be great if the app could track:
* Total number of 100+ run partnerships by a player.
* How many players associated with hundred partnership with that batsman
* A leaderboard for players with the most century partnerships.
* Partnership-wise records and milestones.
It should be included in badges
Cricket matches are often won through strong partnerships, not just individual performances. Highlighting batting partnerships would provide deeper insights into team contributions and recognize players who consistently build match-winning stands together.
Overall, CricHeroes is an amazing platform, and this addition would make the statistics section even more comprehensive and exciting.

Best service and top quality App
One of the things I really appreciate is how detailed the scoring system is. The live scoring updates are smooth, scorecards look professional, and player profiles help track performances properly over time. It gives local cricketers a real platform to showcase their talent and achievements.
What makes CricHeroes stand out even more is their amazing customer support team. In many apps, when you face issues like incorrect scoring, profile problems, duplicate profiles, matches not merging properly, or live score updates not showing correctly, it can take forever to get help. But with CricHeroes, the support team is genuinely one of the best I have experienced.
Whenever I contacted them regarding issues such as:
• Incorrect score updates
• Match stats not syncing properly
• Duplicate or separate player profiles
• Profile merge requests
• Live score correction issues
• Tournament data updates
their team always responded professionally, asked for the required information clearly, and usually resolved the problem within around 48 to 72 hours. They actually listen to users and make sure problems are fixed properly, which is something very rare nowadays.
The app keeps improving regularly, and you can clearly see the effort they put into making the experience better for every cricket lover. For anyone involved in cricket — players, scorers, captains, tournament organisers, or fans — I would definitely recommend CricHeroes without hesitation.
A fantastic app with excellent features and outstanding customer support. Easily one of the best cricket apps available today.
