Forces you to buy hints to proceed

Even after I had solved the puzzle, it would not accept my solution until I clicked on hint and it charged me five coins. Then the hint was exactly what I had just typed in. There is ZERO criminal investigations. The puzzles have nothing to do with the crime at all.

Crime investigation escape

This is an excellent game. But … Was disappointed as the games kept glitching and couldn’t play past level 21 . If this glitch can be fixed I would most certainly keep playing.

Can’t skip levels

Playing this is fun, but many levels are glitchy and I can’t play. And many mini games won’t allow me to utilize the skip. Button is there, but when hit…won’t let me even go in and buy coins to skip.

The mini games are glitchy

Big fan of this game! However, I’ve found that the mini games on most levels are super glitchy. The coin under the red question mark keeps rapidly alternating between 5 and 10 coins. The only button that seems to work is the exit (x) button. Some mini games are so glitchy that you can’t even play them. (Literally the game itself will rapidly alternate images, making it impossible to even attempt to play and the only button that seems to work is the exit (x) button again.) I’ve tried restarting my phone, deleting the game and reloading it onto my phone (it does not save my progress in the game and I have to start the game over again. I was on level 46 when this started happening and I had to restart the entire game again. It’s now starting to do this on The Reporter and The Murder storyline.) Other than that, great game!

Great but...

I have really enjoyed playing this game, but it has a few issues that made me give it 4 stars instead of 5.
1) you cannot zoom in, which makes it difficult to spot some of the items laying around.
2) some of the puzzles are glitchy, forcing you to skip it (i.e. math errors, things won’t stay in place, etc.)
3) the dialogue is terrible! i actually like to read or listen to the storyline dialogue of games that i play, but this one was tough to follow.

Great Game

I love all the point and click/hidden objects puzzles games from this developer. There are tons of levels for hours of game play. My only complaint is that it’s very, very buggy. I had to skip over puzzles many times because they weren’t working correctly. I still enjoyed the game. Also, you can pay to disable ads.

Good, challenging game. Lots of glitches

I've played this game for a while, and I really enjoy it. It's not too easy, nor impossible to do. My only complaint is that it is quite glitchy. I've had to redo entire levels because the page looks like it's continually refreshing. Even more annoying now is that I've completed all the sections, but have three or four levels to go to finish the whole game, but in A Secret Plan, in the "Hospital", there is a numerical clue. I've entered the number in the section it's meant to be entered but no matter what I do, the lock just stays locked. I cannot proceed any further, so having completed around 100 levels, I am now stuck in a loop. Very frustrating.

I really like it, but...

I’m stuck on level 14. There seems to be a glitch in the boat/passenger puzzle. When I move one family to a room, it doesn’t stick. I try to move another family and it removes the first.

Love it, but I’m stuck

Completed Peters Guest House and it will not let me advance to the next level. Played that level twice but it will not continue. Love the game and wish I could continue.
