Not up to date
This app used to be amazing and was usually updated within a couple hours or at more 24 hours. On my feed the last shown was 6 days ago. What’s the point if we don’t have accurate information in a timely manner?
Oh developers where are you at??
I downloaded this without the usual research that I do a reading of reviews, which I think was a mistake… Again. For the last five years people have been asking for the same thing and where are they developers at to answer those? Who knows? Some of them have been answered, but have they been fixed… NO! Don’t the developers know that just because you create an app it doesn’t stop there? I’m sure the good ones to know that,But obviously not all of them. Like I said, just because you develop an app, don’t they know that the AFTER development is just as important if not more important than anything else. You have to keep your viewers. Happy. Well, there’s no need of me sitting here talking about this because evidently they don’t get it with this app because from five years back, they’ve been asking for the same thing and they have not received it as of yet. I’ll probably be deleting this app.

Big Brother Should Not Be Encouraged
Shameful. This technology lets a police department slander you before you’re tried. Innocent until proven guilty. Police should not pursue guilty verdicts in the court of public opinion.
Coverage
I like what this app has to offer somehow it seems like it’s not being kept up. I don’t know what it takes to operate something like this maybe it’s possible to seek additional support and or funding. This could be a number 1 go too or instant update as it happens app . From all areas of the country pick by state and or current location.There are some precincts in my area that do report here in Pennsylvania. It would be great to see this app more advanced.

Need a way to go back
This app really needs a way to go back on an iPhone. You click on something and then the absolute only way to go back to the previous page is to completely start over. It's extremely annoying. I just downloaded this app today and I already want to delete it off my phone. Fix this problem.

Hard to navigate the volume of information and switching between cities is difficult.

I was so excited to download this app. It, however, has yet to send me an email link to get started. Maybe someday...?
Cover area awful.
The coverage of this app is garbage. 400 miles is as close as it will let me go from my home town. Guess whoever started it is from PA cause it only lets you search places from there. Junk.
Still hopeful
I love the concept of this app and it’s purpose but I am continually frustrated with its operation. Either I am totally misunderstanding how to navigate this (in which case it is overly complex) or something is wrong with this version. I’ve followed the local agencies, but I can’t seem to get the “nearby” feed to accurately report the most recent local incidents. I get local incident from various amounts of months ago seemingly randomly displayed, then as I scroll downward I get results from all agencies wishing the last few days. Very frustrated but will continues to check back due to the potential this app has.

As a law enforcement user, I love CRIMEWATCH! It has made my life as our PIO so much easier, and our Detectives love the information we are getting from our community!
New Design Is Not Very Good
It used to be a really good app, but they made changes in an upgrade attempt and now it is difficult to navigate and simply shows less information with more digging required.

It has potential but there are problems:
1) The app description should list which U.S. States it currently covers. The way the description is written, you'd expect it to cover several states. It just covers Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Big disappointment and a waste of my time.
2) App supposedly gives you a "choice" about using your location. I answered "No". Later on, the app declares there is no information in my area! What? How does it know that without looking up my location? Why did it even ask my location if it was just going to ignore my answer? Privacy issue.

Finally a tool for the average citizen to help locate wanted individuals & easily report sightings without confrontation.
Good idea...
I think the concept is great. However I would like to be able to search and for the news to be more localized. No way to put your zip code in or even search for a specific area. You must scroll through.
