Not for me.

Love the game. I understand the need for ads however they jam and there is no way to return to the game. App must then be closed and reopened only to be forced to watch another ad. Deleting app now.

The ads…

The game itself is a good one.

But some of the ads are literally criminal.

These are scammer ads. “Your PC is infected. Click here.” Anyone who clicks on such an ad is in for big trouble.

I get that the developer of this game is probably not aware of this. But if he isn’t, he should be.

Avoid this game for that reason alone.

Good game with some language issues (which are improving)

UPDATE: The devs seem to be responsive and committed to improving it, with a whole lot of small changes to the wording in the short time since I wrote this.

The game is good, and it’s great to get it for free. Some of the translation into English isn’t great (everybody is referred to as ‘it’ - “it’s in a bed”), but that’s not a big deal. The main difficulty is that it’s not always clear what is and isn’t material in the clues. For example, if the clue is “It’s warm”, does that mean the person is in a room with a fire, or next to the fire? If somebody is “sitting on a chair studying”, does that mean it’s a chair in the study? Yes, the activity is material in that case. If they’re “sitting on a chair reading a book”, does that mean it’s a chair beside a bookcase? No, the activity is just flavour text in that case. If somebody is “In the south west of the house”, does that include that whole quadrant, or is it just the room or rooms in the south west? With a bit of tightening up of the language, this could be really good.
